"Welcome to Tor," said Prime Volsnorth.

I barely registered his words as I looked at the floating island. Yes. there is a freaking floating island in front of me; it is flying high in the air.

The island is not huge, as one would expect from the base of Silver Prime organization, but it is beautiful with the vast gardens and tall towers, along with an enchanting lake and palaces by them.

It is one of the most beautiful things I have seen.

However, the thing that impressed me was the island itself.

I have seen floating islands in this world, and they are not rare. While the ones I have come across were nothing compared to this, the feeling they gave me is the same.

This one is not.

They are trying to hide it, making it, look like a normal floating island, but it is not. It is something different and I have a few guesses about it when I looked at it through my abilities.

"The island isn't simple," I said, and a surprise couldn't help, but appear on the old man's face.

"It is quite difficult for those below, the Sky Sovereigns see the specialness of this island," said the old man, and we flew toward the island.

The old man didn't tell me about the specialness of the island, and I don't mind it.

I will find it out on my own.

I looked at the island carefully, which is above the lake, and surrounding the lake is a vast city. It is the biggest city I have seen in my life; far bigger than any city I have seen in my life.

I am not surprised; it is a city of the prime organization.

Such cities are vast.

Thud!

We landed on the island, in front of the huge emblem of Tor. Immediately, the feeling intensified.

I also begin to feel extremely dense energy, which could be absorbed by even Primary. It is not simply energy; I could feel there is something inside this energy, which makes it extremely good, and it is from this island.

I collected a sample, before looking ahead.

There are all types of people, belonging to every race and level.

"Tor had formed twelve thousand years ago, to eradicate the cults, spawns, and every other threat to the world," said Prime Volsnorth as we started walking into the island.

"We have the least number of members in all prime organizations. Around half a million,"

"Our recruitment process is strict, and we only accept those who share our vision,"

He began to inform me about the organization. Most things I know, but some were new to me.

I listened to everything he said while looking around. The more I looked, the more impressed I became with it.

"We might have a small number, but we are above all the Silver Prime Organization; our strength is close to the Golden Primes," he informed.

I had known this.

Tor is a powerful organization and the only reason they were not the Golden Prime yet, was because of the strict conditions.

Which are not easy to fulfill.

Little more than an hour later; we appeared in front of the white palace. It is big, with a lot of people coming and going inside it.

It is an administrative building.

We went inside, passing by the people who didn't notice us. We passed by a couple of Sky Sovereigns from a nearly touching distance, but they didn't notice at all.

Soon, we stopped in front of the red metallic door, where there was a pretty black-scaled middle-aged woman standing.

She is a Peak Sovereign and feels dangerous; more dangerous than other sky Sovereigns I have come across.

It is likely due to poison; that is her element.

"Prime Volsnorth,"

Greeted the woman as we appeared in front of her, before focusing her eyes on me. She didn't seem to activate any of her abilities, but it seemed like she wanted to know every bit of me.

Click!

"Is everything ready, Caril?" asked. "Yes, Prime Volsnorth," she replied and opened those thick red metallic doors.

We entered inside, and there was a hall. It is empty except for the black stone block, which has a small bowl carved in it, and in this bowl is green water.

"Usually, this process is only for those who become permanent members, but you are a special case," said Prime Volsnorth and the curiosity in the eyes of the woman had increased further, but she didn't ask.

Soon, we reached the block and stopped.

"Insert your drop of blood and real aura into the water," said the woman.

Drop!

I nodded after a moment before opening a small wound and dropping my blood in it.

It is risky, not because they will find a forbidden power in it. I could control the forbidden power in my body, and I have left enough that the formation scan will show me as Earth Sovereign.

If they especially look for the forbidden power; they will not find it, since it is in a tiny amount.

It is what worries me. If I had used more forbidden power, I would have been able to hide my level more securely, but now there are chances that it might detect it.

Thankfully, I have never explicitly confirmed my level, nor has he asked. So, there is a little loophole, if they were to find it.

The green water shone and changed its color to blue; it kept shining for more than a minute before a small badge appeared over it.

Prime Volsnorth raised his, and badge, flew into his hand, and he touched it with his own. Making it change its color, turning it to blue, before handing it to me.

"You are a quasi-permanent member with some restrictions. You will become a full member after we finish with your background check," he informed.

There is a vast difference between quasi-permanent members and temporary members.

"Thank you. Prime Volsnorth," I said, and he smiled.

"You are now part of Tor and I hope you will contribute to taking its vision forward," he said.

"I will try my hardest," I said.

Soon, we walked out of the hall and the building and a few minutes later, appeared in front of over a hundred floor towers.

The cities may have limitations on the height of the building due to the danger. Prime organizations do not; there are really large towers here and the one I am staring at is of medium height here.

The tower surprised me.

"This will be your stay, till the background check is complete," he informed me, and I nodded, staring at the tower with thoughts that made me a little emotional as memories flooded in.

"Take a rest today, from tomorrow; you will have to take the aptitude tests," he added and disappeared.

I didn't move from my spot, I just stared at the tower.

The tower looked made of blue stone, with colorful vines hanging down from it; through them, the crystalline water would come down.

The tower bears surprising similarities to the first place I had stayed in my first day in the academy.

Like this tower, that tower was also a temporary stay.

Within a few days, Marina accepted me as her student, and I shifted to a different place.
