Chapter 359
Larissa smiled calmly. “Yeah.”
Kevan glanced at her through the rearview mimor and pressed his lips lightly together, not ultering a
single word.
*Speaking of which, I haven’t asked.” Larissa changed the subject. “What are you doing in Bartham?”
“Huh? Kevan cicn’t tell you?” Dylan eyed sad man in confusion before turning to look at Larissa again.
“Kevan has a friend who wants to get a divorce. The lawyer hired previously suddenly quit and let so I
got called back.”
A “end” of Kevan’s who wanted to get a divorce Larissa could only think of Ruby. If she could be
considered his “friend” loo, well, she
was probably another one who wanted to get a divorce too
“Oh.” Larissa did not show any visible lacial changes. “I heard about that.”

“Then, where are you staying?” Larissa asked.
“My home, of course! Dylan replied matter–of–facily.
Larissa suddenly realized her question was a little dumb.
“My home is one floor below yours, just like in Covenlord,” Dylan added.
Larissa did not know about this.
“But I have to stay at your place for a night. My place isn’t quite cleaned up yet so I can’t sleep there.”
He smiled sheepishly, before looking at Kevan with a smirk. You will take me r, right?”
Kevan eyed him with his peripheral vision and asked coldly. “I said no, would you go somewhere else?”
“Nope!” Dylan did not hesitate.
Dylan went home with them. The moment he entered the apartment, he yelled in surprise. “You have a
cat!”
His voice was incredibly loud.
“Is this kitty afraid of people?”
‘Does it bile?”
“Can I play with?”
“It won’t scratch me, right?”
“Is it vaccinated?
“It doesn’t carry any diseases, does it?”
He crouched before the cage, yammering away without stopping.
Kevan grabbed his colar and pulled him up, his face thunderous even as he growled, “Get out.”
Dylan easily escaped his clutches and crouched down again, carefully bringing the killen out.
Kevan had fed it another shot of herbal medicine, and the kitten’s energy was better than yesterday. At
least it would not keep sleeping again today, and it meowed at Dylan, whose heart was pretty much

melting at how cute It was. He refused to let it go for a very long time.
Keven urged him, ‘Hurry up and move your things into the quest room. We still have something
important we need to do.”
Dylan did not even look at him, grumbling, “I just got here! Can’t I rest for a bit before I do anything
else? Didn’t you say that it wasn’t urgent?”
Kevan turned to glance at the dining hall. Seeing that Larissa was not out yet, he kicked Dylan’s leg.

be sleeping with your parents tonight!
“Fine, line, fine! I’ll go, rigor Dylan got up reluctantly just as Larissa came out with a mousse cake that
she made the day before. Seeing that they were about to leave, she was a little surprised.
“Are you leaving so soon?” she asked.
Dylan saw the cake and said hurriedly. “Well, it’s not like I have to go now, this cake…”
He had not finished speaking when Kevan yanked him back to the entrance hall “Do you want to go
home? Kevan threatened him in a low voice. Dylan pouted but followed him out of the door.
