After Shepard shared the general location of the Ancient Mysterious Dragon Kingdom, Hare immediately controlled the airship and
directed it towards their destination.
"Shepard, take these with you."
Austin touched his Space Ring, took out a pile of various treasures, and laid them in front of Shepard.
These treasures were the ones found from the corpses of the thousands of divine gods. From there, Austin separated a portion and
gave it to Shepard.
Since Shepard entered the prehistoric relic, he had been with Austin. He practically had no chance to explore the place. Naturally,
he wasn't able to gain anything.
As compensation, Austin gave these treasures to him.
"Austin! This is way too much! They are all treasures at the divine god level!
Why are you givingthese?"
With the enormous amount of treasures before him, Shepard's eyes glimmered brightly.
"Don't ask questions. It'll take too long to explain. Just take them,"
Austin replied.
"Well, if you say so. Thank you very much! I'll be glad to take them!"
Shepard put all the treasures in his Space Ring with a huge smile on his face.
This pile of treasures included divine level pills, divine level magic treasures, several rare treasures from heaven and earth, and
various secret martial skills at the divine level. Overall, it was a grand fortune for a cultivator like him at the Divine Realm.
"How long do you think will it take us to get to the Ancient Mysterious Dragon Kingdom?"
Austin asked him.
"Hmm, judging from the speed of the airship, it should be about ten days,"
Shepard answered as he sensed the speed of the flying ship.
"I have tto spare then. Master Hare, I'm going to cultivate in seclusion until we reach our destination,"
Austin told Hare after thinking for a while.
"All right.
You don't need to worry. This airship is of the highest level. Even if we encounter dangers in the Sea of Chaos, this one wouldn't
budge,"
Hare replied with a confident smile.
The airship that they were on was carefully chosen by Peterson from more than a hundred high-tier flying magic treasures. It was
the best one from that bunch.
"That's good to hear then."
Austin nodded and chose a secret room in the airship to begin his secluded cultivation.
Shepard followed Austin's action and also decided to spend his tcultivating.
The airship was actually filled with many rooms that could be utilized for cultivation. Thus, it was the most favorable thing to do
while they waited to reach their destination.
In the past few days, the Sea of Chaos was in an uproar.
The news about the events that transpired in the ancient relic began to spread quickly like wildfire.
A young man from the Celestial Cyan Kingdom by the nof Austin seemed to have escaped into the World of Darkness carrying
the chaotic world tree.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtThousands of divine gods were sent to chase after him in the World of Darkness. However, since then, there had been no news
whatsoever about him or the divine gods. No one knew where he actually was.
This brought an overwhelming sensation in various places in the Sea of Chaos.
Now, the whereabouts of the chaotic world tree was unknown.
More shockingly, the whereabouts of the thousands of divine gods that were sent after Austin were unknown too.
All these disturbing phenomena were all pointing to the young man called Austin from the Celestial Cyan Kingdom.
There were scosmos where dozens of their divine gods went missing. It was a huge loss in terms of their overall strength.
Moreover, it turned out that many of them were medium-grade divine gods.
"This is extremely urgent! Send as many people as you can to the World of Darkness to investigate this matter thoroughly!"
Several cosmos organized their own teams to find out what really happened in the World of Darkness.
At the stime, they also sent envoys to the Celestial Cyan Kingdom, asking for an official statement regarding the matter.
If they found out that the Celestial Cyan Kingdom was hiding something and had something to do with the disappearance of their
divine gods, they would not hesitate to issue a war against them.
Right now, the Celestial Cyan Kingdom needed to cup with an appropriate response to clear their name, or everyone was
going to bare their fangs against them.
Meanwhile, at the Celestial Cyan Kingdom, dazzling divine light was emanating from an unknown space, deep in the void.
Two figures were having a serious conversation.
They occupied the entire space, and their aura was so brilliant that it was frightening to look directly at them.
"Damn it! | didn't expect that Austin would have the guts to betray the Celestial Cyan Kingdom!"
One of them was fuming in anger.
"In the past few days, so many messengers from various high-grade universes have cto us for Austin. They were asking us to
hand him over to them.
You don't know how much effort it tookto send all of them away.
Egbert, be honest with me. Who the hell is this guy?
We need to find and deal with him as soon as possible!"
Another figure appeared to be so enraged.
Both of them were premium-grade divine gods of the Celestial Cyan Kingdom, and they were the suprrulers of the kingdom.
One of the two mighty divine gods was Egbert.
"I've already asked Teague of the Enigmatic Sect about his background.
He was with a medium-grade divine god called Peterson, who cfrom a place called the three thousand big and small
universes.
Also, it seemed that this Peterson was Austin's master.
Therefore, there's a huge possibility that Austin also cfrom that place."
Egbert shared everything that he presently knew.
"As far as | remember, I've already been to that place before.
When | previously traveled across the Sea of Chaos, | happened to stumble upon that place. It was a very powerful community with
thousands of cosmos. They were connected together and had a promising and glorious civilization.
However, a few eras ago, an overwhelmingly destructive battle happened in that area. The place had been destroyed and its
strength greatly plummeted.
It's such a surprise that Austin would cfrom that place,"
the other premium-grade divine god said.
"Send our people to the World of Darkness first to look for Austin.
If they still couldn't find him there, then we would send someone to the three thousand big and small universes where he came
from. We can't let him out of our grasp!
| even proposed to make him my disciple. I'll handle him on my own and give him what a traitor deserves!"
Egbert yelled in exasperation.
"Then, that's the final decision."
The other divine god nodded in agreement.
Soon after, people from all over the Sea of Chaos started heading to the World of Darkness.
It was known that this place was very mysterious and dangerous. Many had already ventured in this area in the past and didn't
make it back.
However, for the sake of the chaotic world tree and to understand what had really happened to the divine gods that went missing,
many groups of cultivators took the risk and set forth to the World of Darkness.
Many high-level flying magic treasures were seen entering the area. All of them had the spurpose.
For a brief moment, everyone seemed to have forgotten the danger and eeriness of the place.
The usually dark and silent World of Darkness bustled in noise. People were coming and going everywhere.
This situation lasted for a couple of days.
But then finally, one day, when everyone was still busy looking for any clues about Austin, the chaotic world tree, and the divine
gods, a loud voice was heard all over the place.
"Those who dare to disturb the peace of the World of Darkness deserve to die!"
A cold and petrifying voice rang out in the dark void.
It was as if a monstrous creature had woken from its long sleep because of all the noise brought about by the people wandering in
the place.
Then, a huge face slowly surfaced. It opened its big mouth and suddenly sucked dozens of flying magic treasures in the vicinity.
Whoosh!
Under the tremendous suction force, none of the flying magic treasures could escape. They all flew straight into the mouth-like
opening and were never seen again.
A similar phenomenon happened to another location in the World of Darkness.
Several flying magic treasures were hovering in the area, when suddenly a gigantic black machete slowly emerged from the void.
Dark and deadly runes surrounded it giving off an extremely murderous vibe.
Swish!
The gigantic machete suddenly swung at a wide angle causing a surging black wave, like a tsunami that swept everything in its
way.
Crash!
All the airships in the area were crushed to pieces by the colossal black waves
None of the creatures aboard the airships managed to survive.
"Who the hell do you think you are? How dare you insignificant insects break into the World of Darkness?!"
A hoarse and fearsvoice echoed from another location in the World of Darkness.
A gargantuan black crow with visibly red demonic eyes flew out of the void.
All of a sudden, the crow opened its mouth and spewed blood-red flames that engulfed the surrounding area.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmWhoosh!
The violent flgrew massive, turning the space around into a vast sea of fire, rolling and spreading throughout the distance.
"What is this?!" "Run!"
Everything that cin contact with the red flames burned right away. No matter how much they struggled, the creatures weren't
able to subdue the fire. Ultimately, they all turned to dust.
All these things happened simultaneously. It was as if the mysterious beings residing in the World of Darkness was reminding the
outsiders that it was their territory.
"Run quickly! Don't look back!"
"We shouldn't have entered the World of Darkness. We've angered the demons residing there!"
"Retreat! Get out as fast as you can!"
The remaining creatures, who had not yet fallen victim to the rage of the World of Darkness, tried their best to escape and save
themselves. As they were scrambling to get out, a demonic and mischievous laughter was heard from the depths of the darkness.
When they did a headcount after getting out, it turned out that more than half of the people that they sent into the World of
Darkness had died or vanished without a trace.
From then on, no one dared to enter the World of Darkness again.
