After hearing that, Bernice expressed her surprise by saying, “I thought the media reports

To avoid further questioning from Bernice, Finnegan changed the subject. “Darling, you

must have other things to discuss when you called me, right?”

Bernice didn’t press further, but her voice brightened. Grandpa just called me. He said he

will attend the opening of Jerome Medical Clinic tomorrow. This clearly means he has

accepted you!”

Upon hearing that, Finnegan let out a cold laugh inwardly. Accept me? That’s merely

because they’ve lost all hope in the Sable family and are now pinning all their hopes on

me!

Of course, Finnegan wouldn’t mention anything that could upset Bernice. “That’s indeed

good news. But what do your grandma and uncle’s family think about it?”

Finnegan nodded, a flicker of emotion in his heart as he once again recalled Romona’s

message. The Sable family may fall, but Regi Group must not!

Narrowing his eyes, Finnegan turned his head and asked, “Mr. Magnussen, do you know

Kenneth?”

“I do. What are your thoughts, Master?”

A playful smirk crossed Finnegan’s lips as he said, “Since you know him, why don’t you go

find him? Tell him can help them solve their current problem and disperse all the patients.

It would save them from the possibility of being beaten to death by the anxious patients.”

He paused before adding, “The condition is simple. Starting today, he and his students will

leave Regi Group and become resident doctors at Jerome Medical Clinic.”

Jerome’s expression shifted slightly. “Master, this can’t be possible, can it?”

Regi Group spent hundreds of millions annually to keep Kenneth and his team.

Jerome thought the chances of them joining Jerome Medical Clinic were slim.

With a meaningful smile, Finnegan said, “Mr. Magnussen, all you need to do is pass on the

message. Let Kenneth decide the rest for himself.”

“Mr. Zephyr, please stay close to prevent the patients from jostling Mr. Magnussen,”

Finnegan said.

Once Finnegan confirmed his intentions, Jerome didn’t question further. “All right!”

As Jerome and the others headed toward Hopevale Medical Clinic, Finnegan picked up his

phone and dialed Hailey’s number.

As soon as the call connected, Hailey’s respectful voice came through. “Mr. Larkin, do you

have any instructions?”

Finnegan asked, “Did Reginald and his son mention when they will be back?”

“The flight at two in the afternoon will land in Jadeborough around six.”

Nodding his head, Finnegan lowered his voice. “When they return, their first priority will

likely be to resolve the crisis at Regi Group, and they’ll also be after my life. Remember,

don’t give anything away. Keep a close watch!”

Hailey respectfully responded, “Yes!”
