59.My one and only soulmate Kiara’s face had becpale as a result of the King’s decision. Petra had won and smiled once more. The young Luna had buried her nails in her palm while maintaining a cool demeanor. Now she finally realized that the other woman had been challenging her the entire time.

“I...” Xavier opened his mouth to finally disobey the King’s order, ignoring the fact that it would cause problems, but everyone observed that he abruptly stopped. What made you decide to stop? Something was wrong.

“We understand, my King,” Petra and Harvey responded, bowing respectfully. Xavier, who hadn't even looked at his ex-mate once, flashed a sneer before agreeing. “The reason sounds reasonable but why don’t you think about your little sister, Xavier? Can't you see how much she is in love with Harvey?” The Alpha King asked politely, prompting the twins to look at their sister, who was oddly silent. But she appeared to be in tears. Xavier averted his gaze and turned his heart to stone once again.

“She is still a child. She is under our protection, and we will not allow Alpha Harvey take our sister away,” he declared.

“Xavier, despite the fact that | am a few years younger than you, we were once friends. You are aware that | am not a bad person. | am filled with desperation. I love Iris. She’s my soulmate.” Alpha Harvey had the most calm demeanor, yet his eyes were full of desperation.

“Love? Soulmate? Don’t makelaugh! You should ask for a better explanation and meaning of all these things from your sister! If***+*g don’t believe you,” the Alpha snapped, indirectly humiliating Petra who had her eyes fixed on Xavier's hand in Kiara’s. She did not seem to hear him.

“Don’t comparewith my sister. | have my own personality and this is me, Xavier. | just want Iris,” Harvey argued, which plainly irritated the twins. Xavier stared at Iris, who was still not asking for anything like she had earlier. She appeared to be prepared to reject her mate if her brothers persuaded her to do so “Then tellhow far are you willing to go to get my sister! How much do you love her? What can you do for her? If | am satisfied with your answer then | will agree,” Xavier offered, attracting everyone's attention. The other Alpha’s response would now decide the fate of the new love birds.

“I can sever all ties to Petra and create my own pack for Iris,” Harvey announced, surprising everyone including his own sister.

“What the f**k you are saying?!” Petra gritted her teeth turning her brown furious eyes on him. “You heard me. | want Iris under any circumstances,” her brother declared.

“What you...” “That's wonderful! You truly love, Iris,” Zander laughed, nodding at his sister to calm her down.

“Does that mean that you agreed for our wedding, right?” Alpha Harvey asked, which perked up Iris’s ears in happiness.

“Yes, but like you said, you need to end your relationship with your sister straight after the marriage. However, | want you to take your father’s Alpha position and make my sister the Luna of that pack.” The Blue Moon Pack was obviously one of the stronger packs, and their sister deserved the life of a queen.

“Thank you so much brothers. | love you,” Iris ran to hug Xavier and Zander while crying.

“We would do anything for you, Iris. We only agreed since Harvey is your soulmate and appeared to be honest.

Seeing as the King has declared your wedding is to be held on the day of next full moon, | will be watching your soulmate’s behavior. If | notice anything fishy, trust me, I will not remain calm,” Xavier warned. Obviously, the twins did not want to subject their sister to the agony of a rejection, so they chose to be flexible.

“I understand, brother,” she said hugging them again then went to hug her sisters-in-mate.

“I know both of you had been mind-linking my brothers and changed their minds. Thank you so much,” the young woman could not help but shed a few tears.

“We are family, Iris. If you are happy then everything is okay,” Adira assured her.

“Yes,” Kiara agreed. Everyone rose from their seats. One by one, the King and everyone else congratulated the new couple then exited the pack house to say good-bye to the King, who appeared to be in a hurry.

The King had left the pack, and everyone's attention was drawn to Blue Moon Pack members. Kiara was staring at Petra, who was watching everything. What was she looking for? Why wasn’t she leaving? “I will cback tomorrow, Iris,” Harvey promised. The love birds kissed each other. She blushed, noticing that her brothers were watching them.

“Let's go,” Harvey said to his sister.

“Where?” she asked.

“Home?” He replied but noticed the piece of luggage that one of the pack members was holding for Petra.

“What is the point of bringing your luggage?” Her brother inquired, perplexed. “Harvey, we're not going anywhere. We'll be living in the Sirius Bright Pack until your wedding,” she said, smiling “What?” Kiara squeaked when she heard the other woman.

“Why would you stay in our pack?” The young Luna asked, c*****g her brows. This she-wolf had taken advantage of an opportunity to investigate with her Alpha, which meant she would be coming to the Sirius Bright Pack, and now she thought that she would stay?! There was no way Kiara was going to let this happen! “It appears that Xavier chose not to tell his Luna of the pack’s regulations. It appears that | should explain. The Blue Moon Pack and the Sirius Bright Pack are thousands of kilometers apart. Everyone is busy, and no one has tto travel long distances every day, therefore we'll be staying in Sirius Bright Pack for 14 days until Harvey's wedding, Am | correct, elder Stephen?” Petra inquired of the enraged old wolf.

f**k! He was the one who created this rule during Petra and Xavier's wedding since he had no intention of living in the Blue Moon Pack, but now this nasty b***h had caught him in his own trap. One of the packs would always go to other for weddings and would stay as well, Kiara turned to face Stephen, who nodded.

“That is the rule, Luna Kiara,” he responded in a hushed tone, but he was cursing himself for it. When Petra lifted her eyebrow and smiled smugly at Kiara, the young lady clenched her fists at her sides. Kiara’s scowl was met by a frown from Xavier, who had just returned with his twin.

“Who said that she was staying in my pack house?” The Alpha asked, giving a disgusted look at Petra.

“The rules did, Xavier,” the brown-eyed woman replied sweetly.

“f**k the rules! Don’t show your face toagain,” he snapped. Kiara had a satisfied smile on her face when she looked at Petra. He would not let her stay with them.

“If the Blue Moon Pack is kilometers away, we will book hotel rooms for the Blue Moon Pack,” the Luna responded, seeing Petra approach her.

“I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I'll be living here until the wedding and maybe after that,” Petra announced so quietly that Xavier's ears hadn't hear her, but Kiara could. She frowned at her bold statement. What gave her so much confidence? Both Alpha bloods had cface to face.

“It is not happening,” Kiara replied with a smile, wanting to scratch her eyes out, that had always had a dirty greed for Xavier.

“Ok, i agree,” Xavier said from behind.

“What?!” Kiara looked back to him in shock.

“Yes, we are letting her stay, Kiara, but Iris’s marriage will be tomorrow,” Xavier grinned. Kiara’s lips turned into a big smile but Petra turned pale.

“You can’t disobey king's order just because your random chosen mate doesn’t like it, Xavier!” Petra screamed but spotted a wider grin on Kiara’s lips when Xavier pulled his woman in his arms and kissed her like there was no tomorrow. The brown eyes woman had dug her nails in her palm to see their passionate kiss.

“Kiara is not my chosen mate,” Xavier murmured, without breaking the kiss but Petra heard him clearly.

“what do you mean?” Petra asked, looking between both of them who had totally neglected her existence.

“Kiara is my one and only soulmate,” he said looking deep into Kiara’s eyes.
