An Understated Dominance by Marina Vittori Chapter 1278
Dustin waved his hand to signal everyone to move back so there would be enough space.
“Support her!” Dustin ordered the head bodyguard to hold Eleanor up. He then used his finger to pry
open her mouth and held onto her tongue as he pulled out a small part. As he did that, he activated his
internal energy and gave Eleanor a sudden smack on her back.
It was a loud slap. Eleanor’s body suddenly trembled, and her head lifted upward as she started
regurgitating a large amount of water with a loud noise.
As everyone took a closer look, they realized that there was a fish in her vomit! “My goodness! Why
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtwould there be a fish in Ms. Welch’s mouth?”
“Was this fish stuck in her throat? Was this why she couldn’t breathe?”
“No wonder Dr. Quinn’s method didn’t work. A fish was stuck in her throat. Such bad luck!”
The onlookers were shocked to see the tiny fish on the ground as they whispered among themselves.
The cause behind Ms. Welch’s suffocation was finally revealed.
“H-how could this be?” Caldwell’s eyes widened in disbelief. She crashed her car into the lake due to
drunk driving and got a fish stuck in her throat! What were the odds? Who would have thought of this?
“Ms. Welch has already vomited the water and foreign object. Why is she still not breathing?” The head
bodyguard was initially surprised but quickly realized something was amiss.
“It’s normal that she’s not breathing as her heart has stopped. But don’t worry, she’ll wake up after I
give her three jabs. Dustin replied casually.
“Hmph! What a shameless brag! Do you think you’re a miracle worker?” Caldwell started insulting
Dustin without mercy. How could he revive a dead person?
“You couldn’t do it because you’re not a skilled doctor.” Dustin retorted.
“Hmph! You’re already talking big at this young age. If you can save her in three jabs, I’ll eat this pile of
vomit!” Caldwell pointed to the fish and the vomit on the ground.
“Alright, I hope you’ll keep to your words.” Dustin nodded without saying another word. He immediately
took out his silver needles and inserted one of them into a pressure point above the navel.

“That’s the first jab.” Caldwell sneered. Dustin paid him no mind as he inserted another needle into
another pressure point on Eleanor’s chest. Eleanor’s fingertips moved. But no one saw it as it was a
small movement.
“Second jab now.” Caldwell’s smirk grew. Dustin remained silent as he inserted the third needle swiftly
into the pressure point on her chest again. Eleanor suddenly trembled as if she was electrocuted. After
that, she lay motionless again.
“Hmph! That was the third jab! Didn’t you say she’d wake up?
“Why is she still lying there motionlessly? You’re just a lousy scammer!” Caldwell took the chance to
shift the blame on Dustin. He shouted, “Get him now! He obstructed in every possible way and delayed
in rescuing Ms. Welch. He killed her!”
As he finished that sentence, Eleanor, who was originally lying on the ground, suddenly sat up like a
zombie!
