He flicked his wrist as five silver needles appeared between his fingers. The needles shot out and hit Alicia's neck, back, and waist with precision.

"Again!" he said as he sent five more needles flying toward Alicia.

Every needle hit its mark, which showcased Kenan's mastery of the technique. Such skill couldn't be attained without decades of practice.

"Breakthrough!" After the needles were in place, Kenan used his index and middle fingers to press firmly on the midline of Alicia's back.

Her body convulsed, and she suddenly spat out a mouthful of dark, clotted blood. It splattered on the wall. With that, her spasming body gradually returned to normal. Even her lips, once pale, started regaining color.
