Just as the elevator door opened, a huge clamour was heard by everyone nearby and one would not be able to miss this.
The reason was that no less than 8 people were rushing out of the elevator which was surrounding the stretcher on which lay a teen.
"Move away, it's an emergency."
A doctor called out trying to hurriedly move the people around while trying to move the two men who were standing by the door of the elevator, with a deep frown on his face.
The two men quickly moved aside causing him great relief.
One had to know that the condition of this young man lying on the stretcher was very serious, his whole body seemed to have turned frozen all of a sudden and even his breathing was very slow to the point of being barely able to keep up with the bare amount to keep him living.
But it would not be wrong to say that he was in a state that was highly serious and even they would need quite a long time to get him out of this and even after that the possibility of him being able to practice as before was very likely less possible.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtIt was not like they had not seen such conditions, it was a common occurrence in athletes and sportspersons.
But this guy didn't seem to have paid any attention to it when he started to have the symptoms and now things had just turned worse.
There was another teen around the same age as the guy on the stretcher and a man in his mid-30s wearing a sports jacket and looking like he was a coach.
From the looks of it, it was not wrong to say that they had rushed without even changing their apparel since the other teen was still wearing his basketball jersey.
But as Ye Qian noticed the other teen who was along with the patient and the coach, a frown appeared on his face.
The reason was rather that he had seen the guy not long ago.
And in fact, he could remember the guy very well enough due to a specific reason.
He was one of the two fellows who had asked what was his relationship with Yuan Meng by the gate of the City High School.
But then, instead of asking the fellow, Ye Qian looked at the patient who was lying on the stretcher and the moment he saw the face, his frown only deepened.
"You didn't stop him from doing any exercise as I told you to?"
Ye Qian's words were completely surprising for Bo who was right beside him and didn't quite understand what Ye Qian was saying to him.
"Young master, I am sure that Ran would not try to do some crazy stuff after you have asked him not to." novelenglish.net . Firᴇ.net
He thought that maybe Ye Qian might have been talking about Ran who was on his bed and might be doing some idiotic stuff after getting his hands healed so soon.
For a moment he couldn't help but want to rush back to the room and smack the guy some sense if he was doing something like that.
But when he saw Ye Qian's line of sight, Bo noticed that his words didn't seem to be intended for him.
Rather to the teen who was holding the stretcher at the very last and had suddenly taken a stop while slowly turning to look back at them as if he had heard Ye Qian's words loud and clear.
Fu Yao had been worried and restless about his friend Yu Feng's condition ever since seeing that strange thing happen to him once again when they were at the gate.
He had a few if not tens of times blamed himself for not stopping Yu Feng from not stopping to do any further exercise as Miss Yuan's husband had said to.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmHe knew that if he had been more ardent about not letting his friend do any exercise maybe, the guy would not have any need to lay on the stretcher with a few doctors surrounding him.
He was also somewhat blaming himself while on his way here, as the reason why he had come along was that he was brought by the coach to specify what Miss Yuan's husband had done before that made Yu Feng feel better.
But after bringing his friend to the hospital and seeing the ghastly pale faces of the doctors and coach while they were talking after their arrival made his heart skip a beat.
He even doubted that You Feng's life was in danger or what?
But then one of the doctors informed me that although there was no such serious issue, Yu Feng would not be able to do any serious exercise for at least 2 or more weeks.
Even running could not be allowed for him, playing basketball was nothing but a pipe dream for a few weeks at least.
With that piece of information, the coach had already lost his main motive and now he could only try on getting his student out of this better.
The names of the students who would be allowed to enter the interschool basketball championship were to be given before these two weeks and those students would be assessed by the committee themselves, be it if they were extra players or the ones who would be on the court.
And knowing that Yu Feng, the best player in their school was already down with the possibility that he would not be able to get well under 3 weeks at least and would still need more than 15 days to recover completely, there was not even the slightest of hope.
Fu Yao's forehead was filled with large beads of sweat and his hands were also the same as he reached the floor where Yu Feng was supposed to be hospitalized.
On his way here, he had been asked to tell everything that had happened by the gate and of course, he told them everything about how one of their teacher's husband had used some kind of method to slap Yu Feng's chest causing him to be relieved of his condition and had repeatedly told him to not allow his friend to exercise for a day or two.
