Kelly's POV "Kelly...

A soft hand caressing my cheeks and a gentle voice wokeup from my deep slumber. When | opened my

eyes, Pierce's gentle brown eyes greeted me.

"Wake up. We're here."

That wokeup completely. | looked around and realized we're still in the plane. "Where did you bring me?" "To

my villa."

That shocked me. Why did he bringhere and more importantly, why is he helping me? | understand if he still

He pulled himself up and carried my bag. He offered his hand tobut | pulled myself up without accepting his

My legs are still weak and my heart is still aching because of what happened to my dad. If this was Klay's fault, |

swear | will do everything to make him pay. | will not stop until he's begging for my mercy. | don't care if | loved

him. Hurting my dad and attempting to hurt my child is on a different level. | will never and can never forgive

him.

| saw a luxury car as soon as | got off the plane. Pierce opened the door of the passenger seat and looked at me.

Without a word, | slipped myself in.

He broughtto a different country instead of our hometown. He's doing this to savefrom Klay and as

much as | want to avoid him because of our past, | don't have a choice left but to put up with his presence and

accept his help.

"Are you the one who paid Emily to help me?" | asked, looking straight at the road as he started the engine and

drove.

one who did it, even when I'm confused, I'd thank him from the bottom of my heart.

| felt him glancing atfor a second or two. He didn't say anything but | bet he's shocked by my calm voice.

The car stopped in front of a huge house. The design was simple but it looks elegant,
