Caroline felt heat quickly spreading throughout her body. Feeling flustered, she asked, “Why are

you being so indecent when I’m asking you a serious question?”

Gwen covered her mouth and teased, saying, “I am being serious Trust me, this method works

away from Kirk.

Smirking cheekily, Kirk promised, “I won’t touch you. Rest well tonight, and I’ll take you to

Fableland”

Caroline asked doubtfully, “Really?”

“Yeah.”

“But I heard only a few hundred people can go into this country’s theme park every day. Can you

even grab a spot?”

“Leave it to me. Don’t you believe in me?”

The night breeze blew the curtains in the room. The leaves rustled outside the window, as it to

match the rhythm of what was happening inside the room.

After everything was over, Caroline lay on the bed, exhausted She had only one thought: “Oh no, I

won’t be about to go to Fableland again tomorrow, will 17”
