Matthew held her as they walked outside but continued to tease her. "You still don't know how to take

care of yourself, I have no ideas how you've grown up this far."

Veronica wrapped her hands around his neck, feeling cherished. It was like she was immersed in a

honey jar, surrounded by a lovely atmosphere that nearly made her dizzy.

Feeling frustrated and helpless, she said, "It was all because of your actions. When I woke up, Eleanor

called me and said we divorced, asking if she had a chance with you."

Taking matters into his own hands regarding her marriage was despicable.

"So, are you feeling insecure?" Matthew carried her into the bedroom, gently placing her on the bed

would face criticism from outsiders.
