Chapter 766 Mateo’s Failed Plan

While squeezing a smile onto his long, bitter face, he quickly turned back into his room, looking worse

than he would be if he was crying.

Meanwhile, at the foot of the mountain, Matthew drove a Land Rover toward the outskirts of the city

and stopped in a secluded scenic area with luscious greenery and clear water.

Turning to his side, he looked at the woman in the passenger seat while using his fingers to play with a

lock of her hair. “Tell me, what am I going to do with you?”

“What’s the matter?” Veronica was in the middle of enjoying the beautiful scenery and was taken aback

by Matthew’s question.

“First, it was Liam, and now, there’s Mateo. Oh, Roni, why didn’t I discover that you were so alluring
