After some time, Zheng Lunlun received a call from Nan Chen who demanded to see him.

The reply Nan Chen wanted from Zheng Lunlun was that Ning Ran kept badgering him and he had no choice but to

comply.

That would match Luo Fei's report.

But Zheng Lunlun didn't say that.

“She was too sick, almost like she was poisoned. It was so terrible and so urgent that I had to take her to the

hospital.”

That woman is manipulative, Nan Chen thought, she even got Zheng Lunlun to help cover up her lies.

Women like that were just horrifying!

“Keep your distance and stay away from her!”

Nan Chen was too emotionally exhausted so he made his request directly.

“Why? She's nice, and we're close friends.” Zheng Lunlun was confused.
