Yvonne drove Rosalie to the villa she lived in with Theodore before they got divorced.

The butler was shocked to see Rosalie. "Mrs. Spencer, are you alright? I saw what happened on the news." "I'm fine. I'm safe right now. Where's Theo? Did he cback here?" "Mr. Spencer didn't. He hasn't been back the past few days." "Did he contact you?" "He didn't cback here, and didn't contacteither. Mrs. Spencer, do you know where he went?" 'Impossible,' she thought. 'Theo must still be alive! He had to be!' "Anthony, if Theo comes back, callat once." He nodded. "I will." After Rosalie left, she said to Yvonne, "I've got to buy a phone and register for a new card, or they wouldn't be able to reacheven if they tried." "Sure. I'll take you somewhere to get that done." Yvonne drove Rosalie to a phone shop to buy a new phone and register the smobile number. After that, she drove Rosalie to many places in search of Theodore.

That included places that Theodore frequented, his office, even Caleb's house. Yet, Theodore was nowhere to be found. Caleb even kept asking Rosalie where Theodore was.

Rosalie barely managed to extricate herself from Caleb's questioning before she could finally ask Yvonne to drive her to the bank that Sydney worked at.

However, Sydney wasn't at the bank. Rosalie couldn't locate any of Theodore's parents.

She tried calling them, but they didn't answer their phones, as if they were deliberately hiding from her and not taking her calls.

A strong sense of unease lurked in Rosalie's heart. She really wanted to know the state Theodore was in right now.

She couldn't tell Grandma about this, or it might send the old woman into shock. Not only were Theodore's parents lying to Grandma, but they were hiding things from her as well. en.swhovelsRosalie's pale face worried Yvonne.

"I'll send you back hto get srest," she suggested. "They're hiding from you because they probably don'twant to tell you the truth. I'm Sure Theodore is still alive.

"If he's alive, why doesn't he want to see me? Why can't I find him?" Rosalie said through her sobs.

Yvonne wrapped her arms around Rosalie's shoulders. "Think about it! You chose my brother, and Theodore must be angry about that He mightbe doing this out of spite. Once he calms down, you can try finding him again and talk things through with him. You can also take the chance to break the news to him about your pregnancy, and that might appease his anger toward you." Although Yvonne didn't like Theodore, that was the only thing she could say to comfort Rosalie at this point.

There was nothing else that Rosalie could do right now, except for m comforting herself that Theodore was still alive. Yvonne drove Rosalie home.
