Chapter 118 -DAMON- I had a smile on my face as Clara went on about her day. She was so cute, unbelievable.

it was "It seems your day was not as boring as you said it was" I said then placed a kiss on her lips before pulling her closer.

"Yeah I guess. What about you? How was your day?" She questioned and I sighed as I played with her hair.

"Stressful. My father is really trying to push his Alpha King's work on me" I told her and she slowly glanced up at me.

"Since our relationship is no longer based on a contract, why don't you accept the Alpha King title? That would lift off the load from your father's shoulders so he can spend more twith your mother" She suggested and I have been thinking about it for a while.

Becoming Alpha King was a dream I had since I was a child. At first I wanted it for power, I wanted to be above anyone but after meeting Clara, everything seems so different.

As I stared down at her, I couldn't help but smile. She has changedso much without even knowing it.

"What is it? Do I look funny?" She questioned and I shook my head at her before pinching her nose slightly.

"I think you might have cast a spell on me, Clara but I don't mind it because I love being in love with you" I responded before placing a kiss on her cheek.

"I love you" She said toand the look in her eyes almost made my heart stop. I'm sure they mirrored mine. "How about you showhow much you loveby getting on your knees and suckingdry?" I questioned softly while caressing her face and she frowned.

"You're so vulgar, leavealone" She uttered and tried moving away but I only held her tightly and began peppering her face with kisses again while she giggled.

Nights like this were the nights I would never forget.

"Do you really have to leave?" Clara questioned as she watchedget dressed the next morning. I had an impromptu meeting with the board of directors at the company so I had to go.

"I'll be back early, I promise" I responded as I walked up to her and placed a kiss on her lips. She stared up atwith puppy dog eyes and I was this close to giving in.

"Don't look atlike that" I uttered and she sighed.

"What am I supposed to do while you're gone?" She whined and I chuckled.

"What you always do while I'm gone. Read a book or why don't you go spend twith Delilah?" I questioned and she scoffed.

"She has been so busy with Luca these days that she..." Clara immediately stopped talking as her eyes widened. As her words slowly dawned on me, my once cheerful mood turned murderous.

"Damon, stop!" She yelled and I halted in my steps and my eyes widened when I saw Luca and Delilah kissing in front of her door.

A growl escaped my throat and they both turned towith wide eyes, fear and shock evident in them. Luca immediately stepped forward as I stared towards them and was about to say something when I punched him across the face before pouncing on him.

"Damon no!" Delilah screamed but knew not to approachif she didn't want to hurt herself.

"You bastard!" I screamed in his face while continuously punching him when suddenly, someone wrapped their arms aroundand pulledoff Luca.

"Damon, what are you doing?" I heard Dimitri yell and he tried gullingoff Luca but just punched him across the face before turning back to Luca. I was about to land another blow when Clara threw herself on my back.

"That's enough!" She screamed loudly and my fist immediately paused mid air.
