Chapter 773 Blood Wolf

This was called seizing the advantage.

Although the encounter was extremely brief, with both sides only differing by a mere moment in their

Emrys‘ shoulders were incredibly sturdy. Astonishingly, the claw of the man in black failed to inflict any

harm on him.

“Oh no!”

The man in black cried out in alarm in his heart.

Indeed, in the next moment, an unimaginably terrifying force suddenly surged within the abdomen of

the man in black.

Boom!

It felt as though the force of a massive mountain had struck him in an instant. The abdomen of the man

He fell heavily to the ground.

A massive, deep pit was smashed into the earthen ground.

“Do you still dare to be so confident now?”

Emrys didn’t bother to check whether the man in black was dead or alive. He casually glanced at the

massive pit of mud and nonchalantly commented.

Just as he was about to turn around…

“Cough, cough-”

Suddenly, from within the mud pit, there came a bout of weak coughing. Following this, the body of the

man in black was seen to twitch slightly.

He actually didn’t die?

He’s quite tenacious.

Emrys felt a slight sense of surprise.

The force behind the punch he had just thrown was more than enough to kill any ordinary cultivator in

the early phases of the Foundation Stage. Furthermore, the abdomen of the man in black was almost

pierced through just now.

Yet, this man in black, astonishingly, was still not dead.

The man in black clambered out of the mud pit, looking utterly disheveled. A deep, gaping hole had

formed in his abdomen, from which blood was steadily seeping out.

Surviving in such a grievous state was truly a miracle.

“Sky Devourer Lord…”

The man in black slumped on the ground, taking a moment to recover. Suddenly, he fixed Emrys with a

sinister gaze and said, “You’re quite formidable, but there are far too many things in this world that you

know nothing about…”

That was such a familiar phrase to Emrys.

He recalled that the ghost clan, who had been spying on Verdant Estate for several days, had also said

something similar.

Emrys chuckled lightly. “Perhaps I’m not a deity, so naturally, I can’t know everything. But no matter

how much I don’t know, as long as I have these iron fists, they’re more than enough to do the job.”

Emrys confidently glanced at his own fist.

“Such arrogance, Sky Devourer Lord. We originally kept to our own paths, not interfering with each

other. I had no desire to use that power, but your bullying has gone too far. Today, even at the risk of

sacrificing my soul, I will strike you down right here!”

“Oh?”

Emrys raised an eyebrow. It seemed that this man in black still had some tricks up his sleeve that he

hadn’t yet revealed!

Then, I must say, I’m looking forward to it.

Emrys watched the man in black with full of curiosity.

The man in black did not stand up but remained slumped on the ground. However, he tightly closed his

eyes, and a faint red light was subtly flickering at the center of his brows.

Previously, he had used this method to find the little girl hiding in the corner.

Emrys became increasingly curious.

“Ha!”

Just then, a brilliant red light surged from the brows of the man in black as if a crimson fire had been lit.

In the projection of this light, a massive, eerie, shadowy figure materialized.

That was the shadowy figure of a blood wolf.

Around the neck of the blood wolf, a ring of red fur stood on end. It looked down from at superior

position at the man in black, exuding an aura of awe–inspiring authority.
