Chapter 13 Getting annoyed Alice It was a beautiful morning, I really liked to train like this. I hoped I didn't break any rules by coming to the seashore. Gideon was really handsome, but that was it. He wasn't a nice person at all, and I didn't want to experience his anger.

However, his girlfriend was an annoying thing. I still heard how she was shouting while they had sex. I was sure she had done that because she wantedto hear how much they enjoyed their ttogether. And I was also sure that she would do everything to putin trouble.

I took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. I felt like crying again, but I knew I had to stay strong, and I needed to escape somehow. I only hoped whatever they wanted to usefor would happen later, so I had time.

The fridge was full, but I had no clue why. Since I was here, no one used the kitchen, and seeing its cleanliness, I guessed it has never been in use.

After I finished, I tidied up and went back to my room, I wanted to go out. I felt like I just had to get fresh air. Fortunately, my original luggage was here, and I put a few books in. When I looked at them, I found my pictures. I found the one where I was with Lucas, hand in hand. We showed our first gold medals from a junior competition.

I took the picture, and I put it into the drawer of the bedside table. Then I held the book, and I walked down. I sat down at the vast pool under a tent, and I just started reading, enjoying the warmth.

It was late afternoon when I felt hungry. I did not want to go inside; I did not want to meet any of them, but finally I decided, I'm going to the kitchen to get something to eat.

I got up, then I went to the bathroom. I was hungry, but then I thought I would eat at home.

The thought of home-made food madesmile. On these occasions, my mum usually joined the chef to make sure the food is exactly like how we like it. I could not wait.

I showered quickly, then I chose sclothes. I put on a white shirt and black shorts. After putting trainers on, I used my favourite perfume.

I walked out, and I knocked on my wife's Alice's door, but she did not answer. So probably she was out somewhere. I walked down to find Gemma in my living room laying on the sofa, watching TV.

The clothes that she wore were weird. They were sportswear. She cyesterday in her party dress, so it was obvious where she got them from.

She looked atand smiled. She got up and ran to me, folded her arms around my neck. I pushed her away as she tried to kiss me.

When I took her arms off around my neck, I noticed Alice who stood at the door and lowered her head.

The Sun made her skin a little browner, and as she raised her gaze to look at us, I could see the new skin-tone made her eyes more light and beautiful. And those beautiful eyes stared at Gemma, Gemma's clothes.

"Gemma, leave now. I'm going out." Alice took the first step to leave. I motioned her to stop. She froze like ice. Obviously, she feared me. Gemma did not like that, of course, and she had a grip on my shirt.
