Dragon Monarch System

It was already dark outside. However, in many parts of the Istarin Empire, the citizens of the Empire weren't calm. The people were scared because of what happened outside of the city. The people were panicked. For the first time, the citizens of the Istarin Empire felt this kind of fear.

Due to those Mysterious 'Black Beings' attacking, the whole City has been shut down. No one was allowed to exit or enter the City. The only way to leave or enter the City was through the Teleportation Arrays.

The sound of cannons being fired was heard all over the city. The loud screams of the soldiers fighting the 'Black Beings' beyond the City Walls were heard until a few hours ago.

As midnight approached, things slowly calmed down. The reinforcement defeated the 'Black Beings'.

Meanwhile, Aditya hasn't left his office since returning to the Dragon Palace. He did not allow anyone to enter his office. Even when Alicia, Julia, and others tried to enter his office to check on him, Aditya did not let them enter his office. The Emperor was entirely focused on making a new type of Rune Array.

The idea of making this new type of Rune Array wasn't completely random. When thinking of making the 4th-generation of the Flying Ships, Aditya had the idea of making powerful arrays that would boost his troops' powers while decreasing the enemies' powers. The idea was born while thinking about reinforcing the defensive capabilities of Flying Ships.

After all, just one direct hit from a Cultivator would be able to damage the Ship's flying capabilities, and as a result of this, the ship would fall to the ground. The Flying Ship wasn't simply fast enough to dodge attacks from cultivators or Magic Animals.

The Emperor did not start working on it due to a lack of time. But after what happened today, Aditya was forced to start making this new type of Rune Array. After all, today, he has seen just how dangerous these 'Black Beings' were.

Aditya simply did not have enough tto produce many of these Special arrays. It had taken him close to six hours just to finish making one. So, making too many of these Special Runes is nearly impossible.

Once Aditya was done, he closed his eyes and rubbed his forehead.

"It's finally done." Aditya looked at the blue, glowing cube in his hand. The cube was the size of his fist. Despite looking very heavy, the cube was actually very light. The cube had a gentle blue glow coming from it. This glow comes from the Mana that is present inside the cube.

What makes this array special is the fact that, unlike other arrays, Aditya won't need to draw any rune circles. Unlike other arrays, this remarkable array can be moved from one place to another.

Another thing that makes this Cube special is the fact that it is made from a mix of lunar and solar stones. This cube has the ability to absorb mana from the atmosphere as well as absorb mana that is present in the light of the sun and moon and the celestial objects. Even without needing any Mana stones, this cube had the ability to function. But once the stored Mana of this cube runs out, then Mana stones could be used to power this cube.

Aditya wanted to make it even smaller, but this is the smallest that he could make, given his current understanding of Runes. Besides, making the cube even smaller could decrease the amount of Mana that it could hold inside or the amount of Mana that this cube could absorb.

"Now that I am done here, it's tto head out." Aditya had already asked his personal butler, Watson, to inform the seven Division Captains, including his young brother Leo, to gather at the training ground. They weren't the only ones who were going to be waiting for the Emperor at the training ground.

The next second, he disappeared from his office. In the middle of the night, Aditya appeared at the training ground.

In the expansive training ground that spanned what seemed like endless acres, more than 10,000 Dragonians have solemnly gathered. Each of them has courageously faced the 'Black Beings' today. Many Dragonians are still visibly bearing the signs of battle. Parts of their bodies are wrapped with bandages.

Despite the vast number of Dragonians present, the entire area is enveloped in an eerie, almost deafening silence. This hushed atmosphere is so profound that from outside, it would be inconceivable to fathom the sheer number of Dragonians who have assembled here today. This shows just how serious everyone was.

Even the General who stood at the front were silent. Each of them had a serious expression on their face.

This silence only made the atmosphere more tense.

Suddenly, the space distorted. But this distortion was visible for less than a microsecond. No one was able to see this distortion. What everyone saw was the Dragon Monarch suddenly appearing before their eyes.

"Your Majesty....!!" Amber was the first one to greet Aditya. She put her hand on her chest, right above her heart, and got to her one knee. The other six generals including Leo followed Amber and kneeled before the Emperor.

Normally Leo wouldn't greet Aditya like this. But since he was standing along with the Dragonians and the generals, he also greeted the Emperor as others did. Leo did not want to stand out. Also, right now, he saw himself to be a soldier of the Emperor. So it would be fitting of him to greet the Emperor like everyone else.

However, Aditya wasn't in the mood for this. "Everyone stand up." He said in a neutral tone.

Today the Emperor was slightly different. Usually the Emperor's attitude could be described as sunny and very warm. His attitude is very friendly and kind. But today, the attitude was very serious. He was cold.

As everyone silently stood up, Aditya glanced at everyone. He could see signs of his Dragonians struggling to fight against the 'Black Beings' today.

"Today, I have summoned you all here for one reason," Aditya said while looking at everyone. "That is to give you the means to fight the 'Black Beings.'"

"The Istarin Empire is now facing a new enemy. This time, we are not facing any Empire or any Kingdom, or any faction. Our enemy is someone who is very clever." Everyone seriously listened to the Emperor's words.

"This enemy is very strong. He is smart, resourceful, cunning, sharp, and most importantly very sly."

"In times like this, it's important that each of you give you all."

"I have great hopes for you, which is the reason why I have summoned you all here today."

"You all have a part of my blood within you. Just a drop of my blood had turned you all into a powerful, mighty Dragon. And now it's tfor you all to evolve into something even stronger."

Hearing this, Watson, who was standing behind Aditya this entire time, smiled. He knew what exactly was going to happen. Watson is the first Dragonian. He is the first Dragonian who also ascended to becthe very first Infernal Abyss Dragon.

Every single day, Aditya harvests drops of his own divine blood and stores them in a glass jar. Every day, he could extract limited drops of his divine blood without harming his body in any way.

As a result, he now had thousands of glass jars full of his divine blood.

"It's tfor you all to evolve from Dragonians to Infernal Abyss Dragons."

The next second, Aditya snapped his fingers.

A large amount of golden blood cout of his storage ring and floated above Aditya's head. Everyone stared at the golden blood without blinking.
