Chapter 1025 Finished Drawing
Lena and Gideon had never thought that collaborating with someone else
could be such a tear-inducing ordeal.
Whether it was in terms of design concepts, methods of expression, or even
the portrayal of a single rooftop, they simply couldn’t reach an agreement.
If it hadn’t been for the rule that forbade changing groups after they were
assigned, Lena and Gideon would have requested to be separated long ago.
Inside the library.
After yet another argument, Lena couldn’t take it any longer.
“We can’t complete this design if things continue like this.” Lena frowned as
she looked at Gideon. “We’re wasting all our time trying to convince each

other. It’s too inefficient.”
Gideon, surprisingly, rubbed his temples. “What do you suggest?”
“Let’s work separately.” Lena pondered for a moment before finally making a
decision.
Gideon looked at her, puzzled. “Work separately?”
Lena nodded. “Within three days, let’s each come up with a preliminary
design draft. Then, we can merge the strengths of our respective drafts.”
Their biggest issue right now was their inability to convince each other. So,
they might as well materialize their ideas, present them visually, and use that
as evidence to persuade the other.
“Alright.”
Gideon agreed wholeheartedly with Lena’s suggestion. If they continued at
this stalemate, they would likely miss their deadline.
After Gideon left, Lena let out a long sigh of relief. Finally, she didn’t have to
rack her brain trying to persuade him any longer.
Just as her gaze fell back onto her desk, a cup of coffee suddenly appeared
before her.
Lena looked up in confusion, only to find Willington standing there.
“I noticed you’ve lost quite a bit of weight recently with all the group work. You
should take a break,” Willington said to Lena with a smile on his face.
He acted as if the previous rejection by Lena had never happened.
Lena furrowed her brows. In the past, people she rejected would usually take
the hint and disappear, but Willington was the first to pretend as if nothing had
happened and keep appearing before her.
She didn’t like this feeling.

“You don’t have to be polite with me. I know you like lattes,” Willington said to
Lena, chuckling lightly.
His attitude was overly familiar as if the two of them shared a close
relationship.
Lena’s brows knitted together. “It doesn’t matter whether I like this flavor or
not, I don’t want to accept your gift.”
She said harshly, causing Willington’s face to stiffen momentarily.
He forced a laugh and said to Lena, “I just want to get to know you better.
Maybe you could…”
Before he could finish his sentence, Lena stood up, quickly gathered her
