Sarah focused her gaze and immediately shot up from her chair. "Xyla, you're back in the country?

Xyla had already booked a hotel and sent Sarah the location. Sarah rushed over immediately.

Lily hadn't even brought the contract at all. If it was about a favor, the one she owed for Bayview Gardens was

more than enough. If it wasn't, she had even less reason to take on the design project for the Devereux villa.

"Maryanne, I've given it sthought. It just doesn't deel appropriate forto design Terence's future family

home. Let's just forget it, but thank you."

look, | think it's better to wait until Terence has a girlfriend. His future wife can decide how the designs will be.

Given Terence's status, his future wife would undoubtedly cfrom a prestigious background as well. If she

"Not necessarily. When Terence is ready to get married, we can show his fiancée my design," Lily said with a

smile. "If she likes it, they can still use it, and I'll still get my commission

Maryanne glanced around the café. "Fine, we'll do it your way. | won't argue with you today, but go and freshen

up quickly. The blind date my mom set you up with is here!" Lily was confused and stunned. She scanned the

area outside the window and saw no signs of her blind date. Suddenly, her gaze landed on Xavier getting out of

the car, followed by Sarah
