Chapter 1054
Aurora turned to Vicky and asked, "Vicky, do you mind if I join you for dinner?"
Aurora was, after all, Tyler's fiancee, so Vicky knew that she had no right to refuse Aurora's request and nodded.
Aurora glanced at the dishes on the table. "That's great.
They're all home-cooked dishes that I love!"
Having grown up in luxury and indulgence, Aurora had always enjoyed the finest things in life, including food.
Most of what she ate was Western cuisine during her time in Molivia. Even though she tried some Italian food after
coming to Zendonia, they were mostly traditional delicacies and not the simple home-cooked ones she was seeing
at the moment.

although some of the dishes didn't look appetizing, they were quite delicious. I asked some of the cast members,
and they said they were ordinary home-cooked dishes... I discovered that, compared to elaborate meals, the
flavors of home-cooked dishes are even more fragrant."
Vicky noticed that Aurora was indeed hungry and was about to go to the kitchen to get another set of utensils when
she heard Tyler asking coldly, "Who gave you permission to sit down?"
Aurora's hand froze, and she looked up to meet his cold eyes. She glanced at Vicky and asked softly, "Am I not
allowed to eat here?"
Tyler answered in a tone that brooked no refusal, "No, you are not allowed."
His attitude was cold and indifferent, completely different from how he should treat his fiancee.
Both Aurora and Vicky stood there awkwardly.
For some reason, Aurora suddenly decided to stand firmly by her will. "I am eating here!"
Tyler's eyes turned cold, and he stood up abruptly. "What did you say?"
He stood tall and exuded a powerful aura that filled the room and startled Vicky. She looked at Tyler in confusion
and asked, "What are you planning to do to your fiance? She just wants to have a meal with us."
The mention of fiance gave Aurora a hint and her tone grew bolder. "That's right, Tyler. What do you plan to do to
me? Is it wrong for your fiance to want to have a meal with you?"
Tyler furrowed his brows as he stared at Aurora. She met his gaze head-on fearlessly.
Although Vicky did not fully understand what was happening, she could sense the conflict between the two and
wondered what happened.

Could it be, as Aurora had previously mentioned, that they had been arguing?
After a while, Tyler finally averted his gaze. He then said in a cold tone, "She hasn't washed her hands. It's
unsanitary."
Aurora stood from her chair. "I'll wash my hands, then. Why did you have to get so angry?"
Just as Aurora went to wash her hands, Vicky went to grab another set of tableware for her.
She watched as Aurora washed her hands and whispered," Miss Starling, are you... having an argument with Tyler?"
Aurora paused and made a resigned smile. "Maybe he is mad at me for running off to film a movie and leaving him
here alone."
Vicky studied her thoughtfully. "Really?"
Aurora lifted her gaze at her and pouted. "Do you not believe me, Vicky?"
Vicky realized that she might have been overthinking." That's not it. I just thought that... the relationship between
you and Tyler is a little weird."
Aurora looked away. "Weird? How so?"
