We appeared outside in front of the frozen werewolf, just as I left it, still struggling to break the bonds of my seed but completely unsuccessful as it could not help even twitch.
"Will you all line-up, please," I said politely, and four Grimm Monsters around me walked toward their friend stiffly before lining up with it.
"I would have played with you guys, but I have to leave soon. So, I am sorry that I could not thank you all for the wonderful gift you have bequeathed on me," I said with a small bow as mist released from covering the whole area before my vines began to climb out their bodies before piercing inside.
Intense pain appeared in their eyes, but there was also slight gloating in their eyes, as if thinking, I will also be following them to the place.
"You all don't have to wait for me in the underworld," I said, slightly confusing them. "That seal, the Grandmaster, had left inside you all had been already taken care of; by the time Grandmaster knows about your death, I will be long gone," I added, which shocked them greatly.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtWhile seal might be a little tricky for others to take care of or even deal with but it was no problem for me; it did not take me even a minute to take care of it all.
A minute later, my strings have spread inside me, and I begin the harvesting process of four Grimm Monsters. The fifth Grimm Monster, the Master class Tyrant, had a bloodline, so I will have to wait until the runes come back and do their magic on it.
The runes came out nine seconds later, and they took about the same time to spread into my vines before they began harvesting.
They not only started harvesting the werewolf with the bloodline but also began harvesting the one without a bloodline, and a minute last, the harvesting was completed, and second, after that, I started to get the strengthening energy.
The strengthening energy is not much; it is from an early Master class Tyrant, and top of that, this time too, that seed had taken half of the purified bloodline. So, even after harvesting a mighty Master class Tyrants bloodline, the increment I get is not much.
After getting the benefits, I collected the essence roses and their stuff, cleaned the husk so thoroughly that even a Grandmaster would not be able to see it, and that left five seals which are floating inside a transparent red sphere.
'They will give me half an hour,' I said to myself, and next second, I moved my hand from up to down, tearing a spatial tear.
It is forbidden to do that to those below masters in an area where there is an enemy Grandmaster. Each spatial tear creates the waves that Grandmaster could sense easily, and these spatial waves are damn fast, that Grandmaster in the fort ardon area would sense them less than a second.
Fortunately, the tears I made don't create waves; I was able to do this before I made the breakthrough into Tyrant but to do that, I needed to carve formation on powerful crystal with very expensive ink and a ton of rule-bending power, but now, I do not need to do that.
My breakthrough had increased my sensitivity to space immensely, and not to mention I have become far more powerful with a ton of rule-bending power, I could now do this without any preparation, and I am so good that even Grandmaster staying one mile away won't be able to sense it.
Step!
I stepped into the tear, and a few seconds later, I walked out of the other side and couldn't help but take a sigh of relief, seeing no presence of Grandmaster covering this area.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmI had taken the risk, though I had calculated well and traveled area which is beyond the range of Grandmasters of fort Ardon. Still, it is a risk as Grandmasters always do not stay in their forts; sometimes, they go out for patrol.
Seeing there was no danger around me, I took out the artifact the Grandmaster had given me and activated it before continuing toward the fort.
The signal from the artifact would inform the Grandmaster of my presence, and he would clock me when I enter the area with the presence of the Grandmaster. With my abilities, I could hide from the Grandmasters, but there is no need to reveal them when there are other options.
Forty minutes later, I reached the area with the presence of the Grandmasters and slowed down my speed by a tenth. It is good to be careful; I do not want to run high on my recent success and make a mistake that might cost me my life.
The Grimm Grandmaster would have sensed its minions are dead by now, and I am sure it must be seething and might even come personally; there is a high chance it might come personally, so I have to be extremly careful, even if I am hundreds of miles away.
About an hour later, I came back to the secrete entrance of the tunnel and went in a few seconds later. A little more than a minute later, I was in teleportation formation, which lit up, and I disappeared from my spot and appeared into teleportation formation in the control center.
As I walked inside, I saw General sitting at the head table, discussing things with the three Master class Tyrants.
"Did you find anything?" General asked. "Yes, there was a movement, one early Master and four peak leaders, I dealt with them." I lied. The essence tree is kind of a big secret that even General is not qualified to know.
"Do you know what they are doing?" He asked, "I had followed them for more than two hours, and from what I could tell, they were just patrolling," I replied.
It is a believable answer; both parties sent people to patrol; while the grandmasters have powerful senses, they have limits, and things could be hidden from their senses; that is why both sides sent squads to patrol every few days.
