"Good, you are worthy of me showing you my real power," it said as I had stopped its attack, and next second, a powerful aura roared off its body.

It is so powerful that it has forced the domain as it spread around, and that domain expanded as the bloodline phantom appeared behind it. It is different from the phantom of Grimm bloodlines; I have come across till now.

It is affecting the area in a way those bloodlines were not able to do; it is clearly different and not because it is one of the most powerful bloodlines of the Grimms but also because its host has created the core, which enables it to harness far more power from its bloodline.

"Calm dance of hrar!" It shouted and waved released from its body, and at that very moment, I saw the Grimm disappearing from my view, and I felt an immense feeling of threat.

First Burst + Second Burst + Third Burst

I activated the third burst, and the power of all three boosts roared inside me; and at me time, I summoned the crown of roses, which is invisible, but immediately gave me the complete look of threat, and I moved my spear to deal with it.

CLANNNG!

My spear clashed against its sword, much closer than I would like; there was barely half a meter distance between its sword and my spear.

It is far too close than I would like; if I had been late by even a fraction of a second, the blade would have struck against my neck, and I don't want to imagine what would have happened after that.

"How long can you defend?" it asked with a laugh and attacked again; this time, the attack came from above, and it was faster and stronger than before, and it was quite hard to predict the trajectory of the blade despite it being huge.

If it were not for the crown's power, I would have been able to track its sword.

I stopped its attack, but it disappeared and attacked me from another direction before attacking me from another, never attacking me from the same spot twice, keeping me always guessing from where it would attack.

If someone were to look from the other side, they would see me getting attacked by the tens of Foxmen who were attacking me with the skill and grace that very few Grimms possess.

'The bastard is really talented,' I said as I defended against its attacks.

Its combat style is vast that those analyzing it would have a hard time finding its weakness. No wonder its file had said this bastard is tricky to deal with.

Still, no matter how tricky it is, I will kill it, not only to take revenge for what it did but also because of that juicy bloodline core.

I have been searching for the Grimms with bloodline core for a very long time and had only come across one once; the one I had come across ran away the moment it realized who I am.

Not to mention, the Grimms have kept these bastards protected, letting a very few of them out, but now it had sent nearly all in this place, and I will have their juicy core, starting with this bastard.

Its attacks continued coming at me from every direction and every angle; the thing that surprised me was that after thousands of attacks, its eyes remained calm. There is a bubbling killing intent, but there is barely anger it in it, much less rage.

It had been nearly twenty minutes since we had started fighting, and, in such time, the Grimms began to get angry, but this one was calm, unnaturally calm.

I don't know whether it is due to the effect of the method, or it is naturally that way, but this quality had made me want to kill it more.

This calm nature of theirs makes such enemies quite hard to deal with.

CLANNNG!

Another attack came, and I defended, but to my surprise, I found the Grimms were not moving; it is just looking at me with their calm eyes.

"I couldn't remember any humans contending against me this long in a recent history," It said softly, "That's because you haven't met the real powerhouses of us," I replied with just as calm smile, to which it nodded.

"You are right," it said, "You little humans are very good at hiding your cards," it added, looking at me intently.

"Not as good as you, Grimms," I replied.

"About that, you are right; we have left quite a force back. There is a very high chance that your whole race will be destroyed before you get any chance to save them," it said, giving a toothy smile, trying to antagonize me.

"Don't be so sure about that," I replied.

They are not the only ones who have a powerful hidden force; we have to; even if one or two Grand Lords popped in, we would be able to handle them.

"Now there is some confidence; I want to see how long it last," it said with a smile, and its aura flared to an extremely threatening level, and the bloodline phantom appeared behind it and merged in its body, strengthening its aura so much, that I am sure it is using all its power.

"It will last till you have turned to ashes," I said, and my aura also exploded, pressing against it and pushing back slightly, which brought a smile to its face.

"Die human!" It said, and its sword glowed like a burning start as it came at me, and I also swung my spear in return.

CLANNNG!

Our weapons clashed, and I felt tsunami-like energy coming at me from the sword; it was furious and it is vast, so much that it covered me completely for a moment before entering inside my armor, and by that time, another flaring attack came.

'The energy is really something,' I said with a hint of fear; the moment it had entered inside me, it wanted to tear everything apart.

The defenses of most of the absolute peak High-Grandmasters would be torn apart by it; they would stand no chance against this horrible energy attack, but it is its greatest bad luck that it came at me who could deal with these attacks with the slightest injury.

Still, even with a powerful defense, I checked everything; this energy was too powerful for it to give any leeway. It would tear me apart if it found the tiniest way to enter inside me.

Without giving me a moment of respite, it attacked me again and again, sending powerful bursts of bloodline energies that would cover my armor before entering inside.

If these energy attacks had been physical, I would have had a much harder time dealing with them than I am right now; I might be eating dirt, which again made me wish that I would find such an enemy here; I really want to fight someone who would push me to my limit.

It is very powerful, but not enough to push me to use every bit of power I have; it forces me to keep my shields around to use them in moments of need.

Though it had the potential to reach that level, unfortunately, it would not; I would kill it, and nobody would be able to change this fact.
