Chapter 2251 - Emergency
Ting!
I was talking with the Teacher when suddenly, my holowatched beeped with notification. The notification was from the pyramid.
The pyramid is sending out an important patient to me in a minute and asking me to treat them. They did not mention who the patient is, but it is clear that it is a Grandmaster; only a Grandmaster could worth pyramid to inform me on their patient is coming.
"What is it?" The Teacher asked, "A pyramid is sending an emergency patient," I answered and walked toward the infirmary with a teacher.
Soon, I reached the small inhouse infirmary where I received the emergency patients who rarely come.
There are very capable healers in the pyramid, and unless it is a strange condition that is out of the expertise of the other healers, they will not send toward me. ᴜᴘᴅᴀᴛᴇ ꜰʀᴏᴍ Nov????lFire(.)nᴇt
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtWe had to wait for barely a minute before the teleportation formation shone up and a familiar person appeared alone. I had throught my patient would be unconscious and at least heavily injured in some way and have people bring him, but it is nothing like that.
While my patient looked fine on the surface, his aura told a completely different thing. The pyramid is right; his condition is very serious.
"You should have come to me before the contamination began to overwhelm the restrictions," I said to the Rai.
He had grown very powerful since I had met him last time, and aura I am sensing any indication then I do not match of him, I would not last more than ten seconds in front of him, even if I burned my blood.
"I wanted to, but I have been busy with an important mission that did not give me a second of time," He said, speaking a little breathlessly.
He looked fine, but he is far from it; he is having problems speaking and even walking, which is no surprise. He had activated one of the fail-safes I have designed in him, which is barely stopping the contamination from spreading, with the cost of sealing all of his strength.
He walked toward me but soon stopped in his tracks when he saw the Teacher; there was a great surprise that appeared on his face for some reason seeing the Teacher, which is strange.
"Get inside quickly; the restriction won't be able to hold for much longer," I said and lifted him with my power and placed him in the coffin. I would not have been heavy-handed if I had not sensed the restrictions on the verge of breaking apart.
"I want the contamination focused on these parts most," Rai said as I placed him in the coffin, and my holowatch vibrated with file received.
I did not focus on the file; instead closed the lid over the file and began piercing strings inside it and was shocked to see the amount of contamination gathered inside him.
"You idiot, you should have come to me sooner. If the contaminations had broken through these restrictions, they would have created horrible consequences for you," I shouted to him and projected his metaphysical stage, so the Teacher could see it too.
Gasp!
The teacher couldn't help but gasp, seeing the thick green contamination spreading every inch of him. If it had broken through the restrictions, it would have definitely turned him into an abomination, and he was minutes away from happening.
I moved the strings fast; my first objective is containing the contamination; fortunately, that would not be a problem with me powering up the restrictions with my internal energy and rule-bending power.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmIt took me six minutes to contain the contamination inside him, and it is time to distribute this contamination to favorable places where it would help him and not turn him into an abomination; before I do that, I have one more thing to do.
I opened the file he had sent me, and within a few seconds, I couldn't help but become surprised reading it.
It is extremly detailed and written with perfect clarity with deep research. Rai had been very clear about where he wanted the contamination to go and which parts of his body strengthen the most that will help him in the greatest in the long run.
I did a quick calculation and asked the Teacher for a second opinion before I began. Most of what Rai had asked is feasible; I only had to make some big and small changes to make it better and more balanced, so the strengthened part would not strain those that are less strengthened.
Distributing the contamination is a delicate task; a small mistake could make aberrations appear on his body.
The last time I distributed the contamination, I helped him hide the scale underneath his skin, which has plagued him ever since he ate the miracle fruit.
"I can't believe the luck this person has," the Teacher said beside me. "People fear the contamination, but he benefitted from it and now this contamination going to increse his strength tremendously and when one adds that bloodline core in the mix, I don't think it would take him a lot to time to gain the strength equal to the council members," She added in amazement.
"You are wrong about that, Teacher," I said, shaking my head. Others might not understand what I meant, but she immediately did, and her eyes widened up in shock.
"Y..you mean?" she asked with a shaking voice, and I nodded. "With the boost of this contamination, he will become one of strongest Grandmaster of the world, at the level of council members," I said.
The contamination is very strong, but what is stronger is his core; his bloodline core had become so strong that he is not able to harness its full power, but now, with the adjustment I am making, he would be able to harness its full power.
I can't believe the luck of this bastard, though his hard work is also undeniable.. It is clearly written on his body and soul; I could clearly tell how much hard work he had put into gaining the strength he has now.
