Chapter 359

After dealing with the potential danger that could erupt at any moment, Cynthia helped

Joshua up and laid him on the bed.

Joshua probably never thought that Cynthia calling him out was merely to lock him out

and eliminate him as a ‘dangerous’ factor.

For Cynthia, finding the source of the scent in the room and the signal jammer was

necessary. If they were to stay here for a few more hours, she would be unable to hold on.

Even though she could not ask someone to come and open the door or let them know

about the situation inside, she could use a phone call to divert attention and suppress her

own bodily reactions.

could say a few words to sober her up instantly, it would be none other than Captain.
