Ruka looked up at the wine cabinet next to the couch in the bedroom, where there was an open boule of red wine.

When Ruka went back to the room and closed the door, she was still thinking about whether she should lock her

door, but she decided that Ren wouldn’t come over in the middle of the night. She still believed in his character.

After a long day of being scared, shocked, and tired, she fell asleep not long after she lay down on her bed.
