The frown on Brian’s face deepened as his annoyance flared.

What was she doing? Why was she even talking to that man? She was all smiles with him too.

“Sir, do you need me to turn down the temperature for you?”

Awell-dressed and slender flight attendant came over with an incomparably sweet smile.

“No, thanks. But please get me a glass of cold water,” Brian answered calmly.

“Yes, sir. Please wait a moment.”

The flight attendant quickly poured Brian a glass of water and handed him a blanket.

“It’s a little cold today. Be careful not to catch a cold when you sleep.”

“Thank you.”

Brian took the blanket and thanked her politely.

Rosalynn picked up on the brief exchange. The flight attendant was obviously flirting with Brian.

Rosalynn scoffed.

Women fawned over him everywhere. They were like bees to honey.

Brian was also aware of what was happening. Seeing that the flight attendant was yet to leave, he put

on headphones and reclined in his seat, closing his eyes.

The gesture made Rosalynn’s eyebrows go up.

“The next time | come to Wragos, maybe you could be my guide, beautiful.”

Hearing the man’s voice, Rosalynn came to her senses. He had gotten closer to her. Her eyes

narrowed slightly, the smile disappearing from her face.

“I’m sorry, sir. I’m afraid | can’t. I’m a homebody, so! don’t go out much.”

She was a busy woman, and she didn’t make a habit of making friends with strange men.
