Chapter 1023 What's The Matter
Wendy put away her thoughts and nodded to her mother. "Let her come up.
Magdalene agreed and went downstairs to call Andrea up.
Early in the morning, Andrea found out about Wendy's injury.
On top of that, there was still another matter in her heart. So, she delayed no more and rushed directly
to Fuller Villa.
After getting Magdalene's permission, Andrea hurried upstairs.
"Hey hey, slow down dear, what's the rush? I just got a little injury, that’s all. ’ Wendy could hear
Andrea trotting outside the room, so she feigned concern.
As she said that, the footsteps in the corridor stopped.
Outside the bedroom, Andrea stood at the door, looked down at her mobile phone, and then at the
door in front of her, as she reevaluated the situation for quite a while.

senses.
"Earth to Andrea! Why are you standing there?" Wendy's tone was somewhat dissatisfied.
If the phone call to Melody wasn't successful just now, she would not have endured this inconvenience to open the
door for Andrea.
Andrea's smile was somewhat forced as she followed Wendy into the bedroom and closed the door carefully behind
her.
She double-checked again that the bedroom door was indeed closed, then quickly walked over to Wendy's bed and
sat down.
"Spill now, why have you come to see me today?" Wendy casually played with her phone, raising her eyebrows, and
glanced at Andrea.
Andrea opened her mouth, wanting to speak, but quickly swallowed it back. After hesitated for a while, her eyes
finally fell on Wendy's injured ankle.
"Wendy sis, how have you been? Is your injury serious?"
A look of impatience flashed across Wendy’s eyes, but she quickly covered it up. "As long as I can get something in
return, it doesn't matter what the injury is."
Andrea naturally knew, there was a reason for her injury.
However, she never expected Wendy would say such a thing.
Andrea thought of Wendy's arm injury last time and could not help but sighed in her heart.
To win Byron's attention, Wendy made a great deal of sacrifice.
Thinking of this, Andrea could not help but speak out what was in her heart. "Sis, you're too harsh on yourself."
To Wendy, this sounded like she was mocking her.
Wendy's face darkened imperceptibly. "What do you know? It’s impossible to gain bigger benefits if one does not
make sacrifices."
'As long as the goal can be achieved, all these sacrifices are worth it!'
Andrea then realized that she had been misunderstood, and quickly explained. "I didn't mean that, I just cared

Deep inside, Wendy was impatient yet still put on a friendly expression on her face.
"We are sisters, how could I not know your intentions? It's just to tell you the truth, one will get what
they are willing to pay for."
Andrea thought of what she saw yesterday, then looked at the person in front of her, and hurriedly
nodded in agreement.
Seeing that Andrea no longer looked at her wound, Wendy nodded in satisfaction.
Andrea continued sitting beside her bed, but she kept quiet for a while.
It looked like something was on his mind.
Seeing this, Wendy frowned in confusion. "So, you came to see me today, is there anything else?"
Andrea suddenly came back to her senses, her gaze involuntarily falling on the mobile phone she put
aside.
Wendy followed suit.
"Yesterday, someone sent me something and asked me to pass it on to you..." After a while, Andrea's
hesitant voice filled in the room.
Hearing her tone, Wendy’s heart sank inexplicably.
