Casey's expression changed tically upon noticing the situation. He pointed at her and said in a stern voice, "You

ungrateful wench! Since all of you wish to die so badly, | shall fulfill your wish!"

Meanwhile, the boardroom’s door was blasted open by force, and Kayson walked into the room with long strides.

He looked toward Casey and said nonchalantly, "Who did you say you're going to kill?"

Christine turned around abruptly and felt instantly relieved when she saw Kaysson was there. After all, the company belonged

to Kayson, and she did not wish anything bad to happen to it.

Hence, she showed her humility when she was dealing with these people.

A slightly resentful gaze emerged on Christine's face with light makeup on. "Boss, | was truly afraid that | wouldn't be able to

withstand the pressure if you still didn't show up."

Kayson was rendered speechless. He said, You're a skilled fighter, yet you are scared of him?"

Christine said in frustration, "I didn't dare to fight him."

Kayson smiled nonchalantly and said, "You don't need to put up with this from now on."

Upon saying that, he looked toward Casey and said, "Are you going to leave by yourself, or do you need my

help?"

Casey was instantly infuriated by the sight of the young man being so wildly -conceited as soon as he entered

the room. He shouted, "Boy, you have no place to talk here!"

"It seems that you need my help to leave."

"You-"

Casey was about to say something, but Kayson threw a slap on him across the air. A clap echoed, and Casey's

head was tilted to one side from the

impact. He almost lost his footing.

Kayson delivered another slap, and the strong gale stirred up by his slap blasted Casey out of the boardroom,

unrooting two bloody teeth from him along the way. The two teeth flew across the air in two graceful arcs.

Christine said in astonishment, "D-Do you know who he is? We're going to be in deep trouble from now on

because you hit him!"

Kayson chuckled and said unconcernedly, "In trouble? The trouble won't exist anymore when he's fired."

Christine was stunned upon hearing that.

Casey's head was spinning from the slaps.

Kayson waved to beckon two security guards to drag Casey's beaten-up body away from him.

Christine said suspiciously, "Are we really going to be fine?"

Kayson nodded. "We are going to be fine."

Christine gnashed her teeth and grunted all of a sudden. Then, she hastily walked out of the meeting room,

called out to the two security guards pulling Casey's body away, and ran to them rapidly.

A moment later, Christine returned to Kayson.

Kayson asked in puzzlement, "What happened? Did he offend you? You just went over to give him two more kicks on

purpose.”

Christine raised an eyebrow. "Why do you ask so many questions? Is it wrong that I find him to be an eyesore?"

"Ah, sure."

Kayson did not mind either. Then, he followed Christine to meet Beckham.

Beckham was mobilizing his connections to solve the crisis when Kayson informed him about the situation, setting his mind

at peace.

Beckham said in a worried tone, "I'm afraid that the company will only face more obstacles after getting into this sort of

trouble at its newly- established stage, Mr. Yarde.

‘This is not a good sign, and we should figure out a way to ensure that these people won't interfere with the company next,

otherwise, our people will be in a constant state of anxiety sooner or later..."

Kayson nodded. "I will handle this from my side as soon as possible."

Christine remembered something and said solemnly, "Kayson, judging from Casey's remark, an influential figure from

Metrocity is targeting us!"
