Liam watched calmly as Cheryl's grotesque face stormed toward him at breakneck speed whilst everyone else ran away from him as fast as possible.

Liam turned around and gently draped the black cloth back over his parents’ ash boxes. Seeing this, Calum stepped forward and picked up the two ash boxes carefully, then stood behind Liam and awaited

further orders.

She turned to watch Liam leave, howling in agony. Finally, when Liam’s retreating figure had disappeared from her sight, Cheryl slumped onto the chair behind her. All the light had left her eyes.
