Candice felt her back freeze. When she looked back, it was indeed Sonia.

She was alone, and it was not known where Alex was.

Hanley looked at his back, raised his eyebrows slightly, and said to Candice, “Your boss has a bad

temper.”

It was not the first day that Candice knew that Alex had a bad temper.
