The darkness of the night enveloped the small village like a cloak, hiding the frenzied activity taking place within its walls. Chloe and I were resting in a tent on the edge of the village, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. I had slept first, knowing that if the villagers were to attack, they would take their time to plan and strategize, waiting until the dead of night to strike. So, I had told Chloe to wake me up at midnight, and then I allowed her to rest while I took a few of my combat minions and an Intelligence variant with me to the crack on the other side of the village.

The crack was a deep, jagged wound in the earth, stretching two feet in length and two inches wide. There were also several smaller cracks scattered around the larger one, the ground seeming to have been ripped apart by some unseen force. The area seemed like the perfect place to enter the village, as the wall on this side had become weakened due to the movement of the ground and frequent landslides. I left a small portion of my army there and returned with the Intelligence variant, intending to bring some of my brute force warriors with me to the front of the village.

As I approached, I saw five brute force warriors holding the wall, with four others standing by their side, waiting for my command. I quickly exchanged the brute force warriors for sword play minions and brought ten more warrior minions with me to the other side of the village. I moved silently, careful not to alert the villagers to my presence. I had ordered the Intelligence minion to stay by the tent and keep Chloe informed of any updates as she slept.

The plan was in place, and I waited patiently for the darkness to recede, signaling the start of my attack. As the first rays of dawn began to peek over the horizon, my army was ready to storm the villagers' fort and claim it as our own.

Two brute force minions stood at the ready, waiting for my signal to push down the wall. As soon as I gave the command, they charged forward, crashing through the wall with ease. The rest of the army followed, streaming through the newly created opening. This was the back side of the village, the residential area, and there were no soldiers here, only sleeping villagers in their homes. Some woke up and stumbled out of their houses, trying to understand what was happening, but they were quickly silenced by my minions. Others were forced back into their homes, cowering in fear as we took control of the village.

As I stood at the head of my army, surveying the chaos that had erupted within the village, I couldn't help but feel a sense of triumph wash over me. The villagers were running in all directions, some trying to escape while others were gathering weapons to fight back. But it was no use, my minions were too strong and too well-trained. They moved through the village with precision, taking control of every building and corner.

I watched as the brute force minions overpowered the villagers, their strength and size making them nearly unbeatable in combat. The sword play minions were equally as deadly, their swords flashing in the early morning light as they cut down any who dared to stand in their way. And the Intelligence variant was working tirelessly, gathering information and providing updates to Chloe and me on the progress of the takeover.

The soldiers were unaware of the small crack in the wall on the residential side of the village. It was a tight squeeze, but I selected a few of the strongest warriors from my army to attack through this opening. My forces included nine brute force warriors, twenty warrior minions, and five swordplay minions. As we made our way through the village, we tried to keep the civilians inside their homes and avoid causing any unnecessary disturbance. I left the swordplay minions behind to keep watch over the residential area.

We eventually reached the storage area and, after passing through it, entered the barracks where the wounded soldiers were being treated. I knew that a warrior could never forget their defeat, so I had no intention of leaving any of them alive. I gave the order for the warrior minions to eliminate any wounded or guards. The battle began, and it was over in an instant as all of the warriors in the barracks were killed. From the barracks, we reached the training grounds, where we were confronted with another group of enemies.

There were about sixty warriors on the other side of the training grounds, with some standing guard in front of the metal wall and others waiting behind them to attack. I used my advance control menu to command the minions on the opposite side to push forward. The warriors at the gate were focused on defending the metal wall, so we took them by surprise by approaching from behind. Many of them were killed before they even knew what was happening. The brute force minions tore through them with ease, swinging their heavy swords and causing the enemies to writhe in agony as the blades penetrated their bodies.

On the other side of the metal wall, my army continued to advance. I ordered one of the brute force minions to bring the wall down, and soon our entire army was inside. Ten enemy warriors were captured, while the rest were killed in the battle. Our victory was complete, and we set about collecting the resources in the village.

There was a large number of stones, which we needed for building projects. It seemed that the villagers had been planning to rebuild their village using these stones, as their current houses were made of wood. They had apparently intended to construct a city, but now they would be living in my city, the largest in the world. I instructed my minions to gather the resources and bring them back to my city, and I put the brute force minions in charge of transporting the metal wall back to our city as well. I had a feeling that we might need it in the future.

Returning to the training grounds, I had to make some decisions about the captured warriors. They were kneeling, with the swords of the swordplay minions at their throats. Chloe was standing in front of them, offering them the opportunity to join our army, but they all refused.
