Dorea grew a little sheepish when Han reprimanded her. She could tell that he was still angry about how they went to invade his world not too king ago. He might not know it, but he has really changed a lot from that perverted man that she met a year ago. He was once so enamored with her body, and he didn’t even question anything she would tell him before.

But now it was like he couldn’t do anything without having a plan for it. He still looks at her body in a perverted way sometimes, but now it was making her squirm instead of just making her laugh. This has to be the biggest change she has ever seen in a chosen before!

“Dorea, you called me here for something right. Aren’t we going to get down to it?”

Dorea snapped out from her thoughts when Han spoke and then she waved her hand. The space in the void distorted before two more people came into view. One of them was Fey and the amount of shock on her face was not small when she saw Han! What is he doing here!? Is he also going on the mission!?

But Han was looking at the other person that appeared. It was Leona and she still couldn’t look at him in the eyes. She was standing to one side of the room with her head slightly bowed. Han could almost feel the fear radiating off her. He had to do something about this. He didn’t feel good knowing that he was the cause of this.

Han moved closer to Leona and she quickly looked up in fear once she saw his boots come into view! Han put his hand on her temple and she flinched in fear again. He knew she would be fine after this, but he hoped she wouldn’t start screaming and shouting like a scared kitten.

Han managed to use his Hypnotic Aura to clean out the last mental command he gave to Leona before he used Renewal to heal any residual damage that the Mental command could have left behind. Once he let go of her head Leona stumbled and held onto her skull in pain. She was silent for a while before she looked up with wide eyes.

Han could see anger inside those eyes. It was like a fire was burning deep inside her and she wanted to unleash it on him.Â

The mental commands finally cleared her mind and she now remembered everything. Leona wanted to attack him, but she knew that he was stronger than her by thousands of miles. To try something like that would be like a child unleashing its anger on a beast, so Leona just looked away and walked back to stand alone.

Fey was confused by everything happening. What kind of relationship did Han have with Leona before?

Han was actually sorry for what he did, but he didn’t regret it. It was necessary for his plan, so he knew that if he had a choice to do it again, he probably would. He told Leona to take it easy for a while before he walked back to Dorea. she didn’t bother giving him a response. The other two women didn’t even know what was that all about, they just saw Han touch Leona and then Leona stumbled before she glared at Han.

But it didn’t matter to Dorea. Her job wasn’t to get involved in the affairs of the chosen, it was only her job to transport them. She looked around and wondered where the last person was. Weren’t they supposed to be four of them going on these missions? That was always how it was so it won’t be different this time.

“Haha… To think that you’ve already become this strong, human!”

Han squeezed his palm in anger and Dorea turned around sharply as a new voice rang out across the void. There was a bright light that shone around the entire void before the scientist appeared in that same white form as always. He was standing on a small platform and looking down on them all. Han couldn’t see it, but for some reason, he could tell that this bastard was giving him an annoying smile.

“S-Sir, what are you doing here! I was just about to send them on the retrieval mission…”

Dorea was terribly nervous and it showed. She spoke to the scientist with respect and Han was just angry about that. Respect is wasted on someone like this. The scientist didn’t even bother to reply to Dorea, instead, he looked toward Han.

“It seems you have made our system confused. Won’t you tell me exactly how you managed to become this strong?”

Han wondered what he was talking about. How did I confuse the system? Did something go wrong? But Han didn’t have any time to bother about it because in the next moment he felt a great pressure fall upon them! Dorea, Fey, and Leona fell right down! They didn’t even fall to their knees, they fell flat to the ground!

The scientist’s smile grew as he watched Han and noticed that Han wasn’t even shaking! Fifty percent! This was fifty percent of his full power and it was now doing nothing to this human! Was it not only a few months ago that ten percent almost killed Han!? This human is really surpassing all of his expectations!!

Han grunted as he looked down at the three girls lying down. He wanted to release his own aura as well, but from what he could see the girls were already on their last legs, if he added his power to their suffering then they will surely die! Han glared at the scientist and the scientist laughed loudly as he released his aura and suppressed it!

“You really are the best! I don’t think I’ve had this much fun with another organism in centuries! But let’s get back to business. Get up Dorea., don’t embarrass yourself”

The scientist spoke to Dorea like she was an ant under his boot, but Han stretched his hand out to her and helped her to stand up. Han couldn’t stand this bastard, but he knew there was nothing he could do to him right now. One day Han is going to kill this man like a freaking bug. Let’s just swallow this for now, my plan is almost complete. Once Han’s plan is finished, this scientist won’t even be able to fight back against Han! it will be Han’s turn to make him suffer!

“I can see that anger in your eyes. You surely want me dead, don’t you? I won’t take your desire away from you, but it’s a stupid desire. If I could be killed, then I would have died a long time ago. Come at me with everything you have and try your best, human. Maybe we will have a great battle before you die. But let’s get back to the matter at hand. You see, the system is confused. One of you has too much power, so the number of people that were supposed to be called got reduced by one.”

The system that sends people to ‘retrieve’ other chosen usually chooses four people between gold Stars and silver Stars so that there will be no chance of retaliation from the chosen they were going to retrieve. It was a standard set a long time ago. But now that Han was also one of the people going to retrieve the chosen, his power was too much and the system got confused thinking he was two people at once.

Han understood all of this and then wondered what the scientist was aiming at here. There is no way that this bastard came here just to say this and go. Although it was also possible that the scientist came here to just see how strong Han was. It was impossible to tell exactly what the scientist was aiming at sometimes!

“So why exactly did you come here for? If it was reduced by one is there a problem? Or is it that you need it to be four people or else there will be a backlash from the system?”

Han’s eyes widened. That did not sound like something normal. Did they do this because I’m the one who caused the issue with the system in the first place or is it something the scientist just decided on his own? I won’t be surprised if it was just the scientist.

The scientist waited to see what Han would choose. He saw that Dorea was about to protest and he glared her down. She has no right to interfere in this. Who did she think she was?

“I choose Dorea”

“Good choice – Wait… Really?”

The scientist was shocked for the first time. Even Dorea turned to Han with a shocked expression. Why was he choosing her!?
