“Wow! That was amazing boss! You just took off that monster’s head in one shot!”

Rau shouted this loudly as he came down from the sky with a stupidly wide smile on his face. Gregory rolled his eyes as he ignored the boy. Who the hell are you calling boss? Don’t even start with me right now, I’m in a terrible mood. This is all Han’s fault. Every single bit of it! Sometimes, I really hate that man.

Once Gregory and Rau got back to the boat, Han smiled as he clapped Gregory on the shoulder! That was an excellent show! And you even gained a lot of stats from it! I can tell because I also gained the stats through the contract! Aren’t you happy I threw you to a monster!?

Gregory glared at Han for a moment before finally rolling his eyes and smiling a little. He couldn’t even get mad about this! He stopped being surprised by the things Han did a long time ago. And besides, he knew Han would’ve helped out if the monster was too strong for him. Han was mean sometimes but he wasn’t a complete maniac.

The party members from Wyrven were still cheering for them. The leader of the group finally told everyone to calm down as she started instructing the other members to reel in the monster! They had to show proof to the guild that they killed it and that means they have to take the body back with them!

As the group was working on that, Rau came up to Han and stretched out the spear he received. He wanted to give it back. He was happy that he got to use a weapon like this just this once! At least he could brag that he touched a weapon this strong! But he knows how valuable it is and so he never even entertained the thought of asking to keep it! It was too valuable! A weapon like this would be sold for at least a million gold coins! That’s enough to buy a castle!

Han saw what Rau was doing and he only looked at Rau for a moment before turning around and calling Gregory to come along.

Rau was shocked! W-What!? There is no way he’s giving it to me!

“M-Mister! Aren’t you going to take -”

Han stopped Rau before he could finish what he was saying as he turned back and spoke nonchalantly. He really didn’t care what happened to that weapon anymore.

“I don’t really have any need for it. So just hold onto that useless weapon for now. Maybe I’ll come back to take it from you another time,”

Rau was stunned by what Han did and he immediately felt tears running down his cheek as he stared at Hans retreating back, but Han wasn’t even bothered about the weapon. [Japhat] might be the weapon of a king, but it belonged to Freya who was far weaker than Han. Han didn’t really have any use for a weapon that was weaker than even Troy! It wasn’t even strong enough to make a dent in Troy’s defense before! It was useless to Han!

But for that boy, maybe it would be of some use. Besides, with the sort of discrimination, he will face in the future, he needs at least this much strength to stand up again. Hmm? I wonder if I’m getting soft because his situation is similar to mine. If it was Rina and I on this ship trying to run away together, would I be able to protect her like Rau? Heh! I’m definitely getting old if I’m thinking of something like that!

The Wyvern party managed to tie the Kraken to the ship and haul the carcass over to the shore, when they got to the shore, they tried to drag the monster over the land using their physical strength, but Han decided that he shouldn’t be too mean to them. At least let me help with this much.

The entire crew was stunned as Han just rose the whole Kraken into the air like it was nothing! They began to walk toward the guild and Han was glad that this whole thing was over. It was about time he focused on Ratte once more.

Once they got to the guild, RIsque was too shocked to even say anything once she saw the Kraken. She knew that Han could kill it but she never thought he would do it this quickly! This is a monster that her adventurers have been running away from for ages!

Han told her that he needed those badges quickly and Risque immediately told him to come with her. She instructed some of the adventurers to take the Kraken away and she led Han and his party back towards her office. There was this heavy weight that she felt had been lifted from her shoulders. She always wondered if they would be facing that’s Kraken forever and she can’t believe how easy it was dealt with! When they got to the office, Risque started off by thanking Han for taking care of the monster and she was shocked by what he said next.

“Oh, I didn’t do anything. If you want to thank someone then thank this kid here. He was the one that dealt the most damage,”

Han pointed to Gregory and Han watched the disbelief play out on Risques face. It was already hard enough for her to believe that Han killed the Kraken this easily, so it would be almost impossible for her to believe that Gregory was the one that did it! Well, she has no idea that Gregory is a special case. If it is a black star under Quinthreath then Gregory won’t have any problem defeating them! After all, Gregory might have a low level but he definitely has a lot of high stats because of how he absorbs people’s stats!

Risque’s expression went through shock, confusion, and disbelief before settling on acceptance. She needed to get out of the gulf more. If people like these two exist out there then I’ve been inside for far too long!

Meanwhile, on floor fifty, the leader of the white rose guild was moving along with twenty guild members towards the western side of the floor! Today was the day when they would handle a very important task that the leader of the white rose has been doing for months now! They were going to clean the cave of Dyana!

The leader of the white rose was once very sad because he didn’t know if Dyana was alive or not. No matter how you look at it, they considered her as a god on this floor and she was very important for all the things she did for them. So when the leader saw that she was with Han he was extremely happy. He immediately wanted her to come back but Han told him that it wouldn’t be possible. It appears they were in some sort of trouble and Han was protecting his goddess.

So, ever since he knew they would still welcome her back one day, the leader of the white rose guild has made it his mission to clean out the cave once a month and make sure everything is in order for when she would come back. He didn’t have to do it but he wouldn’t stop no matter what anyone says! His goddess will only get the best when she returns!

As they got to the cave, the leader of the white rose guild started to delegate duties just as usual. His own duty was to supervise so he was only going to make sure everything went well. What? Did you think he would actually be doing it himself? Why did you think he brought all these men with him!?

But today, something else was about to interfere with their cleaning. From a dark spot at the back of the cave, a pair of eyes stared at the group of people from inside the shadow. Nervous hands squeezed around a sword and wondered what these people were doing here.Â

This cave is saturated in divine power and so it is capable of holding an extremely strong being and that was the only reason why Ratte made this into his hideout! He was just lucky when he stumbled upon a cave that had enough power inside to hide even a celestial! If he is staying here then Han and Yggrain will never find him! But who are these people? They don’t look like they are from the upper floor. But I’ve heard them say Han’s name once or twice already. Is he their leader as well?

If they find me here then won’t they just go and report back to Han. They will definitely report back to Han! If it comes down to it then I have to handle this cleanly. Nobody can find out I’m hiding here!
