Chapter 246 - A Surprising AllyChapter 246 - A Surprising Ally
Tears welled up in Kana's eyes as she whispered softly: "I missed you…"
"Mm… I missed you too." Creige gaze and smile were like a breath of fresh air for Kana. She could see the man's love for her in his expression alone.
"I do not know how long It will take for me to return… Although my time is really messed up compared to yours." Kana felt sad, knowing it might be a long time before she can finally see Creige again.
"No matter how long it takes. I will always wait for you. You are my wife in this life and any other life after. I will only love you." Creige said as he took Dean Williams's seat and sat down staring into the water screen in front of him. His expression, warm and loving. He had not talked to Kana in months now, and seeing that she was healthy and okay made him feel very relieved. He, too, had missed her very much.

"Whatever you wish. I have already finished expanding the shop and am working on our home now. So when you are ready to stay with me, we will have a home of our own." Creige had bought up a few plots in Stone Hammer and tore down the buildings to build a huge house for Kana. Baldswin was left speechless when he saw how big of an area Creige had bought up. He had no idea where Creige even got so much money. Especially since the man barely left his forge.
Kana smiled and nodded her head as she said: "As soon as I am able to return, I will move in with you. You can have the academy move the belongings I have there now. I will work something out with Dean Williams to travel back and forth between home and the academy."
"He already knows. He has no right to reject." Creige said as he gave a side glance at Dean Williams. Dean Williams shuttered slightly from that cold gaze that ran over his body. He would have done so anyway if Kana asked.
Kana giggled and began telling Creige about the things that happened to her over the course of time she had been in the dungeon. Dean Williams made himself scarce, knowing that the two would end up talking for a while. He exited the room and told the guard to keep everyone out.

Elurean Kingdom…
Kiliffia began to sweat hearing these words. Since she did not seem to understand how this man knew, she did her best not to show her surprise as she answered: " I am not sure what you are talking about. How do we sisters look anything like those dirty creatures?"
"Haha! I see! I see!" Captain Mel gave Kiliffia a smile before reaching into his pouch on his side, pulling out a thin paper book. "Take this and read through it. It should help with the entry test to enter the knights in the capital. I can only do this much for you as I am only a captain after all. Haha!" Captain Mel let out a jolly laugh as he bid the two girls goodbye.
Kiliffia did not even get a chance to say a word before the man disappeared. She looked at the book in front of her but did not open it. Instead, she quickly stored it away so she wouldn't lose it. What was inside was something she did not know. But she doubted that whatever it was, was anything to do with joining some knights.

Tia was shivering as she read the information inside this book. "But I do not get it. Why would he do such a thing? Why give all this information to us?"
"Wait, something is written on the back cover…" Kiliffia spotted some writing at the very corner of the book.
"To whoever is reading this, I am sure you are wondering why a human like me is handing out such evidence that could spoil the plans of humans. Well… Fuck humans. Haha! You see, I may not have animal traits like beastkin, but my blood is half beastkin. I was born from both humans and beastkin. My mother was a beastkin and was stripped from my family by humans, r*ped, and killed by a bunch of humans who treated beastkins as trash. My father took me and hid and trained me to fight so I could eventually infiltrate the ranks of the military and hopefully, one day find the chance to exact revenge on the humans who did such horrible acts to my mother. I have lived all my years hating humans waiting for this day. I hope this information will be of help."
"I see… It's no wonder. In human countries, these kinds of acts are everyday things. Just like what happened to my birth mother…" Kiliffia felt a little kinship to this man due to the fact that both their mothers shared the same fate.
"I do not understand why when humans say they wish for nothing more than to enslave us and think of us as disgusting, yet they still use us as tools for their own sexual desire. It makes me sick. They contradict their own actions calling us dirty but yet they still go and mate with us at the drop of a hat." Tia was completely disgusted. Her hate for humans was growing by the second.
"But not all humans are like that, Tia… My father…" Kiliffia was thought differently. Her father was good to her all her life. He never even married and just raised her from a young age even though she was not even his all by himself. He was a good human.
"Ahh, sorry I know…" Tia went quiet. She realized she misspoke.
"No, you are correct about one thing. Humans are disgusting most of them anyways."
