Winona said, "You know how grand the wedding was when Carlos married Mikayla in Xosa. His family must be

rich. Marrying him will make you above commoners."

could go shopping with her.

The small open-air garden was fenced and one of the corners was covered with various kinds of flowers, layered

on top of each other. The breeze blew and they faintly smelled the flowers.

Juliet sat opposite Brantley, putting

her hand on the hem of her short

skirt and carrying her handbag, "They only use natural ingredients here to make the desserts so you won't gain

any weight."

Brantley said, "Have as much as you want if you really like it here. | didn't mean it." He didn't expect that Juliet

would start to lose weight because of what he said although it failed.

Juliet put her bag aside, nervous about Brantley's words. She was afraid that he would say something that she

didn't want to hear if he was agitated. It would be the end of the world for her.

She waved her hand and said, "We rarely hang out like this. Try the signature dessert here. It's not bad."

Brantley stirred the coffee in front of him and looked at Juliet's energetic face.

Juliet was only wearing foundation, mascara, and pink lipstick. The makeup was simple and natural, highlighting

her fragility. With Brantley, she didn't even wear perfume.
