Chapter 236 Stay Away
Haru who had eaten 'Horo Horo no Mi' was very sensitive to anything that had something to do with the thing that had something to do with the supernatural world. He looked at the bright sun in the sky didn't even make the building in front of him became very welcome to people's eyes but rather made anyone who saw it try to avoid that place. He looked around and saw a lot of people walking away from that building treating that place like a plague. He understood why people didn't buy this place even though it was cheap.
Even though the temperature was quite warm when they were near this place it had become quite cold.
They could see a 'Stay Away' notice surrounding this building telling them to get away from that place as soon as possible.
Haru was attracted to the gloomy and ominous building in front of him and couldn't wait to enter. It might be the effect of the 'Horo Horo no Mi' and he wanted to enter the building but his hand was pulled by Suzuki and Shiina.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
Suzuki shouted and clearly showed a fear expression on his face. He looked at him as if he was an idiot when he saw him wanting to enter the building.
Shiina was also shaken when she saw the building and hurriedly pulled him away. She could feel the danger from that building.
"What's wrong?" Haru asked with a confused expression.
Suzuki had never seen someone with such guts before. He could see that the young man in front of him didn't even show fear in his expression but excitement as if children had entered an amusement park. He took a deep breath and sighed, "If you want to enter don't bring me along! I don't want to be cursed to death!"
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtHaru thought for a bit and asked, "This building is 50 million yen, right?"
"Yes," Suzuki nodded.
"Prepare the contract since I'm going to buy it," Haru said.
"……"
Shiina and Suzuki were showing a flabbergasted expression.
"Are you serious?" Suzuki asked and added, "You should stop! You're still young!" He thought that it was just too pitiful for a young man for him to suddenly die from something.
Haru suddenly felt something flying toward him from the building after he said those words. He knew that everyone couldn't see it beside him. He used his power to grab this thing and disintegrated it. He knew that it was a ghost that was sent from that building. He felt that there must be a lot of ghosts inside that building and that ghosts were just appetizers and there was a lot more inside.
"What is happening?" Shiina asked. She knew that he just did something earlier.
""Nothing, I just killed one of those ghosts earlier," Haru said, and looked at Suzuki, "Can we finish the contract?"
"……"
"Are you really going to buy it?" Suzuki asked.
"Yes, bring me the contract, you don't need to think much since I will pay it directly," Haru said.
"You're not afraid that you will die?" Suzuki asked with a worried expression. He wasn't sure but he could hear the stone amulet in his pocket was cracked but it might be his imagination.
Haru snorted, "Die? I will be the one who killed the ghost inside this building." He said while pointing his finger at the haunted building in front of him, "Wait for me, I will be back to get you later."
*Caw! Caw! Caw!
Suddenly the crows from the building flew out from the building creating a black sky. The building let out a strange creepy noise that made anyone feel shuddering.
Suzuki fell to the ground, his mouth chattering in fear. He had never seen this before and it was very scary for him.
Haru knew that ghosts became stronger when people felt fear toward the ghost. He could tell that it was an evil spirit and it had killed a lot of people since he could hear someone screaming from inside that building. He looked at Suzuki and asked, "When can you prepare the contract?"
"Right away!" Suzuki said with a serious expression. He didn't want to manage this building anymore and wanted to get away from this place as soon as possible. He felt sorry for this young man but his life was more important.
Shiina was always by his side and had a serious expression on her face. She knew that she needed to face a battle after this and she looked at him with a worried expression.

Haru paid him and signed the contract. He owned that building and he decided to go there again since it was better to solve the problem as soon as possible.
Suzuki, who saw him sign a contract, paid the money, sighing in relief. He looked at him and asked, "Are you going there?"
"Yeah, that one has been waiting for me," Haru said.
Suzuki thought for a bit and said, "I will send you there again."
"Are you serious? You have been scared sh*tless," Haru said.
"This is my duty, I'm your agent, at least I will send you to that place," Suzuki said.
Haru didn't reject him and entered his car again. He could see that the cloud started to become dark and it made him frown.
"There will be rain," Shiina said.
The rain will cover the sun and it might become bad news for them since sun is one of the weaknesses of the ghost when it is raining the ghost will have its power back.
"I know, don't worry, let's end this as soon as possible so we can go home enjoying a hot chocolate," Haru said.
"…Hot chocolate," Shiina started to drool and forgot about the ghost.
Haru shook his head and knew that this ghost might be different from the one that he had encountered in the past but he was ready for it.
