Chapter 290 Willing to Do Her Best

After Nova nodded, Kelly said a few more words to her and then left

In the office, some people lowered their heads to work, while others greeted Nova with a smile. Nova was

easy–going, but she was indeed reticent as Kelly had said.

Kara looked at her and said softly, “Ms. Bush, I know you’re a member of the Bush family, but I will not give you any

special treatment in my department because of your status. Even if your cousin had not given that order, I would

not give you extra help either. I hope you can understand.”

Kara was professional and strict at work. As she had said, she had never given anyone special treatment or been

prejudiced against people. And she always concerned herself with facts instead of individuals.

best.”
