Chapter 325 Despise Woman

“Who knows, but there is a saying that “Money talks.”

“Is she short of money? I can’t believe that you know, she is the Polly!”

Kelly’s words. However, his words seemed to mean something ambiguous to other people, most of which then

ducked their heads to trade looks by tacit knowledge. “See? That’s it.”

Quite honestly, what Payne said was exactly what he thought deep in his heart as someone’s menacing words were

still hovering in his

mind and chilling to his blood.

“You would be screwed if you dare to tarnish Nova’s name with those indecent and filthy things. You can try.”

The very thought of those words brought him out in a cold sweat. Payne hastened to bow low when he caught sight

of Nova.

“Miss Nova, It’s a great honor for me to join you today. I would like to express my gratitude to you to teach me a

lesson last time and to promote the development of my company with the case. I owe you a great debt of

gratitude! You can turn to me for help whenever you have any difficulty. I’ll try my best to help you! Miss Nova, you

Kelly anticipated anything but this.

His words puzzled all the people around them including Kelly.

Nova mulled it over but she didn’t figure it out, hence she nodded a greeting back.

Just then, Kelly opened her mouth. “Mr. Lloyd, you are too modest! In terms of seniority and age, Nova is the one

who should pay her gratitude and respect to you since you are exceptionally generous to her.”

She was warning Payne, obviously, telling him what should he do here. But Payne seemed to be riled by her words,

or something else somehow.

With a brief nod, he ducked his head to hide the anger in his eyes.
