Chapter 1326
Maria moved a few steps forward as she spoke and snatched up the half empty glass of prune juice.
'This is the proof!"
She chuckled coldly when she noticed Lily raise her brow. "What's wrong? You still won't admit it? Do
you dare say that it's not juice?
"Even if you don't know about Tasia's health condition, you shouldn’t have offered juice to someone so
fat! Also, I know she must've had lunch here since she came in the morning. What did you feed her?"
Anastasia dared not say anything as she had eaten some meat. Although Lily told her she could eat
them, she tried her best not to eat much and even felt guilty afterward. She suddenly felt overcome with
guilt and felt like she had eaten poison after her aunt inquired about it.

eyelids.
'If it weren't for Tasia's sake, I wouldn't allow this woman to be so rude! Who is she to make all sorts of
accusations against me?'
"You..." Stumped, Maria let out a grim expression. "You don't have to report to me, but I think you know
who Tasia's father is! If you ruin her health, Alexander won't be able to save himself, let alone you!"
"Aunt Maria, please don’t say it like that. Lily meant well..." Anastasia was scared. She was concerned
her father would find out.
Although her father was fair and would not mistreat anyone for her sake, he might enforce a stricter diet
plan if he discovered his daughter had eaten something behind his back. She almost wanted to throw
up when she thought about eating tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce daily.
"She meant well? You were born with a silver spoon in your mouth, and you know nothing about the
outside world! Only your family truly cares about you, okay? Let's go!" Maria extended her hand but did
not try to pull Anastasia away this time.
Hesitating, Anastasia looked at her hand. She did not wish to go home so early as she felt relaxed and
carefree staying here with Lily. She was concerned, however, after seeing her aunt's determined
expression.
'Tasia, you wouldn’t want your father to know what you’ve been doing behind his back, do you?" Maria
threatened her in a stern voice.
Anastasia bolted to her feet. "Please don't! I’ll go back with you."
'That’s more like it!" Maria softened her look now that Anastasia was willing to comply.
Lily stood up and walked over. 'Tasia..."

to do? You’re not stopping her from going home, are you?"
Lily raised her hand without looking at her, and a maid readily brought her a shopping bag.
She handed it to Anastasia. "Here are some gifts for you. These tokens aren't worth much, but you
must accept them, okay?"
Lily made an effort to make sure Anastasia would accept them as if she were anticipating that she
wouldn't.
Since Lily had put it that way, Anastasia thought it would not be nice to refuse her gifts. "Lily..."
Throwing a sidelong glance at it, Maria saw it was not something valuable and let out a look of disdain.
'I heard the Russell family is wealthy, yet she's so stingy!'
