Chapter 1350
"Beef...burritos..." Galen repeated it excitedly.
Lily smiled when she saw the two drooling at the thought of food and shook her head. "No, we're not
having that.”
Hearing this, Anastasia felt like a deflated ball. On the other hand, Galen was jumping around in
Anastasia's arms. "I want to eat! I want! I want to eat!"
"You can have some beef and vegetables," Lily said.
"Really?!" Anastasia perked up after hearing what she said.
"You should eat foods with high vitamin contents and protein at night and cut carbohydrates," Lily
explained. "However, you can only eat until you're 70% full."

this, all she could eat for the entire day were either cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, or eggs. Seeing
them made her want to throw up.
Now, she could eat meat and even have scones for lunch. It was pure happiness for her!
She listened to Lily's advice, chewing as much as possible with each mouthful and moving slowly.
Unconsciously, her appetite shrank.
Furthermore, her anxiety about not knowing when her next meal would arrive had subsided. Because
of that, she did not stuff the food into her mouth unscrupulously.
Now, she anticipated her next meal. With proper self-control over her food, she saw life in a different
light.
"Lily, the scones we had this afternoon aren't like those in the market. What is it made of?" She asked
curiously.
The scones this afternoon had a darker shade, and it was not as greasy and crispy as those sold
outside. She had never seen anything like that before.
"Is it not as delicious as those you had before?" Lily asked with a smile.
"No, no, no!" Anastasia shook her head repeatedly. "It's delicious!”
"Delicious!" Galen tapped on Lily, wanting to be a part of the conversation.
"Delicious? Can your tiny teeth even bite them?” She tickled him, revealing his few, sparse teeth.
Anastasia was worried that Lily didn't believe her and said, "I'm not saying that it's not good. It is! I just
never had anything like that before."
"Probably not. It's made out of whole wheat bread," Lily said. "Most people eat white bread now, and
those are prone to various issues. Eating some coarse-grained products can reduce blood sugar and

On top of that, whole wheat bread is considered a slow-carb food. That was because you're easily filled
up, and the glycemic index isn't high. It's good for you."
Although Anastasia barely understood what was said, she believed that everything that Lily did was for
her own good.
She blinked, looking at Anastasia adoringly. "Lily, you're really amazing! Have you studied nutrition
before? No, hold up, were you a doctor before this? Did you specialize in helping people lose weight?"
Lily did not know how to answer her.
To a certain extent, she could be considered a doctor because of her field of study, but... specialized in
helping people lose weight?
That was too specific...
