Chapter 1430
Anastasia stayed until nightfall as Lily wanted to see how her body responded to the medicine.
The young woman had gone to the toilet five times in the afternoon. She did not feel much pain in her
stomach, which kept growling and making her fart. Embarrassed, Anastasia wanted to leave several
times, but Lily stopped her.
Lily told her that these were normal reactions to the medicine and she did not need to feel
embarrassed. Besides, Lily had to observe Anastasia to make sure she was okay before she could
make further adjustments to her prescription.
Anastasia had asked her if she should try the prescription given by Austin, but Lily did not allow her,
saying that it might clash with hers. However, if she wanted to, she could try it after finishing Lily's

Fully trusting Lily now, Anastasia, however, had given up that idea.
Stepping out of the toilet for the last time, she felt drained and sweating, like she had taken a hot bath.
As the weather was not too warm, she thought she was simply too tired.
"Will I... get dehydrated?" She touched her stomach suspiciously.
She used to have diarrhea when she took some dubious weight loss medicine. Once, it was so severe
that she became dehydrated and got put on IV drips in the hospital, where the doctor scolded her for
messing with her health.
She did not want to repeat that experience this time.
"No, you're physically weak and suffering from fluid retention, so it's a normal reaction. Does your
stomach hurt a lot?" Lily asked seriously.
Anastasia carefully tried to feel if there was any pain and shook her head. Different from the last time, it
indeed was not painful, despite the rumbling in her intestines.
'Then you'll be fine. When you're home, drink a lot of water and rest well. However, don't drink before
sleeping as you will have edema. Come back tomorrow as well. If you take the prescription for five
days, your problem should be less severe."
She had personally selected, cleaned, and brewed the herbs she got from Dominic’s garden, and if
Anastasia took the prescription for five days, she should be able to rid her body of the toxins.
However, feeling unsafe at home and having no one to discuss it with, she thought it was better not to
let Anastasia know about it and only told her that it was a prescription to strengthen her health.
'When Anastasia manages to detoxify most of her toxins after five days, she would only need to take
her meals according to my diet plan. I could then go to Burnwken without worrying about her.'

However, there were too many things to do, and she had to finish solving them before putting her mind
at ease and going there.
After seeing Anastasia off, Lily tidied things up and went upstairs. She saw her son asleep, and Daisy
was putting the blanket on him. The nanny then gently lifted his hands and tucked the blanket around
him.
"Ma'am..." Seeing her, Daisy wanted to say something, but Lily silenced her with a hand gesture.
Lily smoothed the blanket, then straightened up and walked to the doorway. Looking back, she
switched off the light but did not shut the door, she used the smaller bed beside it. This way, she could
better take care of him, and he wouldn't be scared if he woke up at night.
However, Lily now feels a bit scared in hindsight.
Daisy's background was still a mystery, yet she had allowed such a person to stay by his side. Although
the woman had not tried to harm him, no one could guarantee what she would do later.
