Chapter 1436
Anastasia wasn't expecting any visitors today.
Therefore, she was surprised when she turned into her house to find a car parked at the door. A
woman was leaning on the side of the vehicle. She looked slender, with a casual yet elegant posture. It
was a silhouette she would love to have and was jealous of.
The car was parked diagonally at the door, blocking her way in. It seemed like the woman was waiting
for her.
Anastasia rolled her window down and poked her head out. "Rhea?"
Rhea straightened up, making her legs look even more slender. She casually stuffed her hands in her
pockets and looked at Anastasia before chuckling. "You're home."
"Mhm. Are you looking for me?" Anastasia still asked with her eyebrows raised, although she probably

"Yeah." Rhea nodded as she looked at her with a half-smile. Behind that smile was a hint of scrutiny.
Anastasia felt a little uncomfortable. However, it was her cousin, after all— one of her few relatives.
It was also rare for Rhea to come over like this, so Anastasia politely said," Let me get someone to
open the door, and we'll park our cars inside."
"Okay." With that, Rhea turned to get into her car and moved it out of the way.
When Cameron and Anastasia were not around, the housekeepers would not open the door for anyone
else. It was a different story when it came to Maria. She came and went so often, constantly worrying
about Anastasia, that the housekeepers were used to her.
Rhea was a different story. She rarely came over, so the housekeepers didn't recognize her. She
stayed outside the gate and waited without contacting Anastasia.
It was starting to get dark, and the lights in the room were turned on, giving it a warm feeling.
"Did you change the lights?" Rhea asked, looking up. She remembered that they were white the last
time she came here.
"Yeah, I just changed it recently. I thought the house looked dead, so I changed into this instead.
Doesn't it feel more welcoming?" Anastasia replied. "What do you want to drink? Juice? Milk? Or
just...water?"
Rhea didn't answer and just stared at her.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing. Do you have anything else?" Rhea looked around as if this was her first time here.
"No. I've been drinking plenty of plain water recently, so few choices exist. If you want something else,
I'll get someone to buy it," Anastasia suggested as she gestured to the maid.
However, Rhea waved. "No, it's fine. I'll just get a glass of plain water."
"Okay!" With that, Anastasia turned around to pour two glasses of water.

was good for her body, and Anastasia listened faithfully.
Rhea's eyes narrowed as she watched Anastasia's back. Although she didn't come often, she was
aware of Anastasia's body condition from her mother's rambling. However, judging from her current
figure, it did look like Anastasia had slimmed down a little.
She was, of course, still chubby, especially when she was compared to Rhea's exquisite figure.
However, Anastasia did look much better. Even her complexion seemed to have improved, with light
pink lips.
"Did you take the medication that the miracle doctor prescribed?" Rhea suddenly asked.
Anastasia, who was still pouring water, was slightly startled. She froze for a moment before quickly
returning to her senses. "Yes, I did..."
