"I could still save my son without locating the organization."

Mike shook his head to signal she had failed to convince him to help her.

Mike felt tempted by what she said.He blamed himself for not thinking about that sooner.He had

gradually lost his nerve to fight back, probably because they had forced him to do their bidding for too
