pin it on Justin.”

The elders treated Lily as an outsider to this issue, even though they wanted to form a coup, take over

can’t be him.”

“All right. Now, we only need to remove any uncertainties by ensuring that couldn’t have happened.

Ultimately, we’ll be able to obtain an accurate result, regardless of how unlikely it may seem.” Then

Alexander stood up and stretched his arms. “Let’s go.”

“Go where?” Lily stared at him wide–eyed, obviously surprised by his sudden change.

Alexander lowered his head to look at his wife and said half–jokingly, “We’ve just had our meal, and it’s

time to walk it off. Besides, I haven’t fully explored where you once lived, so it’s time you brought me

around!”

Lily was silent for a moment as she looked outside. It was already dark, but the house’s front porch was

still brightly lit.

‘Alex is right. It doesn’t matter what happened in the past since it’s the same Lodge family I once knew.

At the Tanner family’s company building, Arianna entered their new project manager’s room after

knocking on the door to inform him she was coming in.

A strong scent greeted Arianna when she entered. She took a few steps back while coughing. and

sneezing for a while before her body managed to adjust to the smell.

“What on earth are you doing?” She frowned while waving one of her hands back and forth, with the

other covering her nose. She noticed many bottles scattered around in his room, and some of the

bottles were releasing gasses that made the room smell strange. Arianna was having a hard time

catching her breath here.

“If you want to kill yourself with these gases, could you do it elsewhere instead of inside the company

building?!” She walked further into the room and opened the window. Then she turned to look at

Nathaniel and said, “We need to talk.”
