Chapter 112 Witness

Manuel looked at Ainsley, who was lying on the hospital bed and having porridge obediently. He kept thinking about her collapsing in

the rain

When he saw she fainted in the pouring rain, he only felt a sense of emptiness in his heart.

Manuel silently walked to the window and looked at a few conspicuous flowers on the green lawn behind the hospital. The buds

started to bloom

A patient sneakily walked to the lawn and reached out to break the stem of a flower.

Manuel’s heart skipped a beat, and his face darkened.

A girl was in a pool of blood. Another girl cried crazily and eventually passed out.

This scene made him unable to stand. He held the wall with one hand and pressed his temple with the other

Ainsley asked, “What’s wrong?”

Manuel forced a smile and slowly smoothed his brows. “I’m fine. Have you finished eating?”

“Yes.” Ainsley took out a tissue and wiped the corner of her mouth.

She wanted to pull the infusion needle off the back of her hand but was stopped by Manuel.

“It won’t take long, and your fever hasn’t been completely brought down.”

In a deserted house, a Cayenne car stopped in the courtyard. A woman in a hospital gown walked out of

the car with a pale face.

Manuel walked to her and supported her.

As soon as she entered the room, Ainsley saw a middle–aged woman tied to the chair to which she had

been tied before.

Kiera struggled frantically, but the rope was very thick, which was specially brought by Manuel’s

subordinates.

Moreover, the exits on the second floor and the first floor were all guarded by people. Even if she could

really break free of the rope. she would not be able to get out of there.

As soon as she saw Ainsley, Kiera immediately became excited.

Manuel put a piece of paper in front of her. “I checked your account. Yesterday, a sum of 80 thousand

dollars was transferred to your account. The transferer was Kaitlin.” He released his hand and the piece

of paper lightly fell.

Kiera watched the piece of paper fall to the ground. Her hands behind her back trembled slightly. “Since

you’ve known it, why did you ask me?”

to steal another person’s

thesis and have it published. The school expelled you, but I have the right to sue you. Besides, since this

Kiera stared at Ainsley in disbelief. “Impossible! Impossible!” She struggled to shout, “She told me that

thesis for me.”

Ainsley asked, “Even if I write it for you, can you have it published?”

Kiera glanced at Manuel. “You can’t, but Manuel can. She told me that the two of you had an affair.”

Kiera shook her head. “I don’t know how she got it. After I was expelled from school, she came to me again and told me that even if I wanted to start over again, you would not allow me. The only way is to kidnap you and let you write a new paper.”

Airisley laughed and said, “You are so naive.”

“She said that even if you helped me write it out, it might not be able to be published. But she can use the Baldry family’s power. She said that she would help me, and the sum of 80 thousand dollars is just the down payment,” Kiera replied.
