“Fia. I don’t want you to lie to me,” Conrad said as his amber eyes becsharp.
Fia had no choice but to honestly say, “It’s Evans’ friends…”
“How many does he need?” Conrad asked.
Fia happily asked, “You’re not going to refuse?”
“He’ll pay rent, right? I’ll rent to him,” Conrad said with a mild demeanor.
