“Derek told Mrs. Thomas. He witnessed Rhea assaulting you with the stone, which left Rhea red-faced and Mrs. Thomas with no choice but to believe him. Derek is, after all, a trusted subordinate of Mr. Thomas. Mrs. Thomas then reprimanded Rhea and warned her against exploiting her kindness ever again.”
