-Fine. We have a deal," he huffs, shaking my hand. A month may not be long, but | will try to make the most out

of it. Maybe | won't see him for long since both of us will be super busy with college. Maybe | will get more than a

month after all. "I'm going to pick you up at 7, okay?" he says, and | frown.

"Why should you pickup! Save yourself the hassle, | will cwith my parents," | tell him, but he only

chuckles.

"I don't know which kind of men you've been on dates with, Rosie, but lettell you about me. If I'm taking a

girl on a date, | will pick her back and make sure that she is back hsafely." | should not feel like that! My

heart should not be pounding in my chest in this way "All right, Silas. You can pickup, | say lifting my chin.

"What's the color of your dress he wonders. No way is he planning on matching with me.

"Don't you think you're taking it a bit too far?" | speak. | can't help but smile.

| have known him for more than five years and he has been a thorn in my back 90% of the time. However,

Pink has always been my favorite color ever since | was young, but | own clothes in other colors too.
