317 Slight gore... proceed with caution

“Now look what you have done. You ruined my new dress,” she said glancing down at her green floral dress.

For those wondering why she chose to wear this, it was because she had come from getting manicures with Lin Ruoxi before she came here to take care of the slippery slug that seemed so hard to catch.

Zi Xingxi gestured with her finger for Secretary K to release his wrist still cuffed onto the hospital bed.

Secretary K unlocked the cuffs and tossed him onto the ground. As he rolled on the floor crying out in pain, Zi Xingxi walked back and began to kick his body with every strength she could gather without killing him.

Because she was wearing a pointed stiletto it intensified the pain. It was like his ribs were being cracked by a blunt object. Zi Xingxi grasped his collar and sat him up before punching his face repeatedly and flung him against the wall.

The man could barely breathe as he lay there his body trembling from the agonizing pain. He opened his bloodied mouth trying to beg for mercy but instead, he vomited a mouthful of blood his vision turning black.

Zi Xingxi wiped the blood off her hand while commanding Secretary K, “Don’t let him pass out.”

“Yes ma’am,” replied Secretary K before pressing something in his ear and giving an order.

“Bring in the tools.” Two minutes later the door opened and a man with a silver briefcase and an eye patch appeared. He took out an injector like that of an epipen and stabbed into the prime minister’s thigh.

.....

In a split second the man who had appeared dispirited and lifeless jerked up his pupils widening like he had been injected with a powerful dose of adrenaline. Two more men walked in with chains and threw them over the beam of the roof before pulling the prime minister and tying his wrists onto the chain.

Before they hoisted him up they tore his shirt and removed his shoes. While they were busying about prime minister Fortin was mumbling, “I am the prime, prime minister of Lienov... you can’t treat me like this,” over and over again with his head lowered.

Because he kept speaking blood kept flowing out of his mouth. His mumbling turned to cries of anguish in a matter of seconds. That’s because he had been strung up by his wrists, behind his head. The awkward angle was pretty much guaranteed to cause an agonizing dislocation of his shoulders. Soon loud cracks were heard mixed in with his cries of despair and he didn’t even have the privilege to pass out from the pain.

“I honestly didn’t think I would see your name up on that list... Your father was loyal to a fault and yet... he gave birth to a venomous snake,” said Zi Xingxi as she picked up a surgical knife and observed it carefully before placing it down and picking another one.

“You committed a treasonous act and according to the old rules of the Bloodgarde any person who commits atrocious crimes against the crown should be struck down by the legendary sword, the Executioner of Blight in front of the entire world,” she said as a creepy smile appeared on her face having found the perfect blade.

She turned around and handed the blade to the person standing nearest to her so she could tie her hair with a hair tie into a high ponytail.

When she was done she took the blade back and continued to say, “Four generations back my great great grand aunt once executed a man for calling the queen mother a ‘bitch’ and other insults behind her back... He was just a man venting out his frustrations after the then queen mother had told him to get his ugly face out of her sight.”

Zi Xingxi stopped in front of him and tilted her head slightly as she gazed up at him. “Now that I think of it, it was a bit unreasonable to kill the man over that... You, on the other hand, you betrayed the entire royal blood and facilitated the murder of the future emperor. How can I not make you suffer? Why should I be called a ‘crazy bitch’ when I am simply doing my job?”

As she said this soft whimpers began to escape from his lips and Zi Xingxi grasped his chin forcing him to look up. She even disregarded the blood flowing down his mouth letting it stream down the back of her hand.

“You reaped the benefits all these years it’s only natural that you suffer retribution. Don’t worry I will take my sweet precious time. I will torture you with the same amount of suffering comparable to the number of days you have been a free man.”

After saying this she trailed the blade down his chest stopping on his abdomen where there was a bruise. She pressed the tip of the blade lightly on the bruise from being kicked by her earlier.

With a devilish grin on her face, she flayed his skin. She didn’t stop there. She carried on choosing several patches of skin and her expression remained unchanged.

The people behind her were a different story. They knew their boss didn’t mess around but she rarely tortured anyone with her bare hands.

Now that they were here to witness how dark she can be they couldn’t help but flinch. What made it worse was that she was dressed in a very pretty dress with her makeup on point exuding gracious beauty but because she was smeared in blood she looked like something out of a nightmare.

Screams and cries bounced off the walls as the man suffered great torment. Zi Xingxi ignored his pleas for death with tears flowing down her cheeks.

After this everything would be over. She could finally move on. She could finally get rid of the guilt that grab hold of her for years. It was because of this she couldn’t help but tear up while skinning the man like she was skinning a pig. She skinned him till the blade she was using became blunt.

“Please... kill, kill me. Just.... just kill me. I will, will tell what I know,” he stammered as Zi Xingxi was busy picking her next blade.

When she heard this her fingers froze. She turned her head sharply and glared at the man.

The man struggled to breathe before he continued to say, “It wasn’t... my idea. I was, was following orders.”

Zi Xingxi’s expression changed colors as she stared at the bloodied man. She recalled what prime minister Ikeda said and her eyes closed her heart sinking.

“That fucker was telling the truth?... SHIT!” she swore realizing she couldn’t get to that pervert. He was now the Onyx Federation’s most protected man second to the prime minister of Loch Ness Star.

AN: How convenient for the both of them.
